دعم عمليات الخدمة وقطع الغيار من خلال ضمان توفر قطع الغيار في الوقت المناسب وتوفيرها بدقة. تقديم تجربة عالية الجودة للعملاء من خلال التعامل الفعال مع قطع الغيار، والتحكم في المخزون، والتنسيق مع فرق الخدمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استقبال العملاء (داخليين وخارجيين) وتحديد احتياجاتهم من قطع الغيار بدقة
  • التوصية بقطع الغيار المناسبة بناءً على احتياجات العميل أو الفني
  • ضمان مستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء ورضاهم في جميع الأوقات
  • التعامل مع الاستفسارات وعروض الأسعار والتحقق من توفر قطع الغيار
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون وضمان التوفر الأمثل لقطع الغيار
  • تحديد القطع التي تحتاج إلى إعادة تموين وبدء طلبات إعادة الطلب
  • تتبع المبيعات المفقودة والإبلاغ عن الفجوات لتحسين المخزون
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لحركة قطع الغيار والمخزون
  • معالجة طلبات قطع الغيار (محلية ودولية) وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة
  • التعامل مع الطلبات الخاصة، بما في ذلك الدفعات المقدمة عند الحاجة
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع مستشاري الخدمة والفنيين لاحتياجات قطع الغيار
  • تتبع حالة قطع الغيار وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
  • استخدام أنظمة إدارة المُوزعين (DMS) أو أنظمة CRM للبحث عن أرقام القطع وإدارة المعاملات

  • إدارة قطع الغيار المشمولة بالضمان أو المرتجعة وفقًا للسياسة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص السيارات أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في قطع غيار السيارات أو عمليات ما بعد البيع
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة وقطع غيار السيارات
  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP أو DMS

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والتنظيم
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى

Role Purpose

Support service and parts operations by ensuring the timely availability and accurate supply of spare parts. Deliver a high-quality customer experience through efficient parts handling, inventory control, and coordination with service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Parts Sales & Customer Support

  • Greet customers (internal & external) and identify parts requirements accurately
  • Recommend appropriate parts based on customer or technician needs
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and parts availability checks

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
  • Identify parts requiring replenishment and initiate reorders
  • Track lost sales and report gaps for inventory improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of parts movement and stock

Ordering & Coordination

  • Process parts orders (local and international) as per company procedures
  • Handle special orders, including prepayments where required
  • Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians for parts requirements
  • Track parts status and ensure timely delivery

Systems & Documentation

  • Use DMS/CRM systems to search part numbers and manage transactions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all parts transactions
  • Monitor bin locations and maintain proper storage standards
  • Manage warranty or returned parts as per policy

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Automotive, Business, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in automotive parts or aftersales operations
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and systems
  • Experience using ERP/DMS systems
