شركة Lucid Motors Middle East تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Dimensional Quality Technician في السعودية. نحن في Lucid نصنع تجارب تنقل استثنائية من خلال الابتكار، ونسعى لتعزيز فريقنا بفني أبعاد أول لضمان الدقة والجودة في مكونات الهيكل الأبيض (BIW).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

فني الأبعاد الأول مسؤول عن ضمان الدقة البعدية وجودة مكونات وتجميعات الهيكل الأبيض (BIW) من خلال إجراء قياسات دقيقة وتحليلات وتعديلات مبنية على البيانات، ودعم استقرار الإنتاج والتحسين المستمر للجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء فحوصات أبعاد لمكونات BIW مثل الأجزاء المختومة والتجميعات الفرعية والتجميعات باستخدام أدوات ومعدات قياس متنوعة (مثل CMM، Laser Trackers، أنظمة القياس الخطية، الفرجار، الميكرومتر وغيرها).
  • تحديد وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لتقليل العيوب وتحسين قدرة العملية.
  • توثيق نتائج الفحص وإعداد ملخصات مفصلة.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (الهندسة، الإنتاج، الجودة) لحل المشكلات البعدية.
  • استخدام مبادئ GD&T (تحديد الأبعاد الهندسية والتفاوتات) لقراءة الرسومات والمواصفات.
  • دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز جودة المنتج وعمليات التصنيع.
  • إنشاء أو تعديل برامج CMM (باستخدام برامج مثل PC-DMIS أو Calypso أو PolyWorks) لأتمتة فحص الأجزاء.
  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة في جميع أنشطة الفحص.
  • مقارنة البيانات الفعلية بنماذج CAD أو الرسومات وإبراز الانحرافات.
  • ضمان تتبع نتائج القياس لاستخدامها في التدقيق أو المراجعات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة مشارك تقني (يفضل في التصنيع汽車).
  • خبرة في الفحص البعدي أو مراقبة الجودة، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة السيارات.
  • معرفة أساسية باستخدام أدوات ومعدات القياس.
  • فهم الرسومات الهندسية وGD&T (تحديد الأبعاد الهندسية والتفاوتات) ميزة إضافية.
  • اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على العمل الجماعي.
  • معرفة أساسية بالتحليل الإحصائي ومنهجيات مراقبة الجودة.
  • الإلمام بعمليات ومكونات BIW ميزة إضافية.
  • معرفة أساسية بـ Microsoft Office (PowerPoint، Excel، Word).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على العمل بالسرعة المطلوبة مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الإتقان.
  • القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة أثناء إصلاح المركبة.
  • القدرة على المشي، الجلوس، الانحناء، الدفع/السحب، الانحناء، الركوع، الزحف، التمدد أو التسلق بشكل متكرر.
  • القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 50 رطلاً.
  • القدرة على اتباع التعليمات باللغة الإنجليزية، كتابياً وشفهياً.
  • الاستعداد للعمل الإضافي أو المناوبات غير التقليدية أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة.
  • فهم قوي لأدوات BIW، التركيبات، الأتمتة، اللحام، وSPC.
  • الإلمام بأدوات CAD، أنظمة MES، ومنصات التصنيع الرقمية في المصنع.
  • فهم GD&T، DFM/DFA، أدوات الجودة مثل G8D، تحليل الأسباب الخمسة، ومعايير جودة السيارات.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وداخل فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Position Overview

The Sr. Dimensional Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the dimensional accuracy and quality of BIW components and assemblies by performing precise measurements, analysis, and data-driven adjustments, while supporting production stability and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct dimensional inspections of BIW components such as stamped parts and minor sub-assemblies and assemblies using various measurement tools and equipment (e.g., CMM, Laser Trackers, Inline Measurement Systems, Calipers, Micrometers and others)
  • Define and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process capability.
  • Document inspection results and generate detailed summaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to resolve dimensional issues
  • Use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
  • Create or modify CMM programs (commonly using software like PC-DMIS, Calypso, or PolyWorks) to automate part inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all inspection activities
  • Compare actual data to CAD models or drawings and highlight deviations.
  • Ensure traceability of measurement results for audits or reviews.

Skills

  • Ability to work at the pace required while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time during the repair of a vehicle
  • Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently.
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Able to follow instructions in English, both written and verbal
  • Available to work overtime, off-shifts or weekends, as needed
  • Strong understanding of BIW tooling, fixtures, automation, joining and SPC, processes.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, MES systems, and plant-floor digital manufacturing platforms.
  • Understanding of GD&T, DFM/DFA, quality tools like (G8D, 5why analysis, and automotive quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical associate degree (automotive manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience in dimensional inspection or quality control, preferably in the automotive industry is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of using measurement tools and equipment
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control methodologies
  • Familiarity with BIW processes and components is a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience.
