هذه وظيفة دوام كامل وموقعها في منطقة الرياض. تتضمن تنظيف وتفصيل الطائرات من الداخل والخارج (المقصورة، المقاعد، المطابخ الصغيرة، دورات المياه، قمرة القيادة، أسطح الهيكل) وفقاً لمعايير الشركة والطيران. كما تتطلب قيادة مركبات داخل المطار لنقل معدات التنظيف والمواد والموظفين بأمان، مع الالتزام بأنظمة السلامة والأمن. قد تتطلب الوظيفة العمل بنظام الورديات بما في ذلك الليل وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب جداول الرحلات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنظيف وتفصيل الطائرات داخلياً وخارجياً (المقصورة، المقاعد، المطابخ، دورات المياه، قمرة القيادة، الهيكل).
- تجهيز مستلزمات التنظيف واتباع أوامر العمل التفصيلية وتعليمات السلامة ومتطلبات معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE).
- قيادة المركبات في مناطق المطار لنقل المعدات والمواد والموظفين مع الالتزام بقواعد القيادة والإجراءات الأمنية.
- التنسيق مع المشرفين وفرق العمليات الأرضية لتحقيق أوقات التسليم المحددة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تنظيف الطائرات أو التنظيف الصناعي أو تنظيف المرافق مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على اتباع بروتوكولات التنظيف وقوائم التفتيش.
- مهارات قيادة آمنة مع رخصة قيادة سارية وسجل قيادة نظيف؛ القدرة على تعلم والامتثال لقواعد القيادة داخل المطار وإجراءات المرور.
- معرفة بممارسات السلامة الأساسية واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE)، والقدرة على اتباع متطلبات الأمن في بيئة مطار خاضعة للرقابة.
- قدرة بدنية على الوقوف لفترات طويلة، الانحناء، رفع أوزان متوسطة، والعمل في مساحات ضيقة أو على ارتفاعات حسب متطلبات تنظيف الطائرات.
- إدارة موثوقة للوقت، القدرة على العمل في ورديات والاستجابة لتغيرات العمليات التشغيلية، والالتزام بتحقيق الجداول الزمنية.
- مهارات تواصل أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية للتنسيق المحلي والتواصل مع الفريق.
- خبرة سابقة في الطيران أو المناولة الأرضية أو الخدمات ذات الصلة مفضلة ولكنها ليست إلزامية؛ يمكن توفير التدريب.

- Reliable time management, ability to work shifts and respond to changing operational needs, and commitment to meeting turnaround timelines.
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage for local coordination and team communication.
- Previous experience in aviation, ground handling, or related service industries is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a willingness to learn standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
