انضم إلى شركة Saipem، الرائدة عالمياً في الهندسة والبناء لقطاعي الطاقة والبنية التحتية، كـ (محلل بيانات) ضمن برنامج تطوير الخريجين (GDP) في مدينة نجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستعمل في قسم سلسلة التوريد (Supply Chain Department) لدعم إدارة سلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات، وإنشاء التقارير ولوحات المعلومات باستخدام Excel وPower BI، وإعداد عروض PowerPoint التقديمية مع الرسوم البيانية بناءً على البيانات المقدمة أو المستخرجة من مستودع البيانات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تحليل بيانات سلسلة التوريد من خلال جمع البيانات وتنظيمها والتحقق من صحتها سواء المقدمة من الإدارة أو المستخرجة من مستودع البيانات.
- إنشاء وصيانة تقارير Excel ولوحات Power BI لعرض معلومات سلسلة التوريد بشكل واضح ودعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.
- إعداد عروض PowerPoint احترافية باستخدام المخططات والرسوم البيانية والملخصات المختصرة لتوصيل النتائج الرئيسية.
- تحديد الاتجاهات والأنماط والتناقضات في البيانات، والعمل مع فريق سلسلة التوريد لتحسين دقة التقارير وإبراز فرص التحسين.
- تطبيق أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتبسيط تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير تحت إشراف الفريق، مع التحقق من دقة المخرجات والحفاظ على سرية البيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات: الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI)، تقنية المعلومات (IT)، علوم الحاسب (Computer Sciences).
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة كمحلل بيانات (Data Analyst) في مجال النفط والغاز (Oil & Gas).
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- بعض السفر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية مطلوب.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان عالي لـ Microsoft Office بما في ذلك إعداد عروض PowerPoint احترافية.
- مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel لتحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- معرفة عملية بـ Microsoft Power BI لإنشاء لوحات المعلومات والتقارير المرئية.
- فهم قوي لتحليل البيانات والتفكير الإحصائي والرياضي.
- معرفة إلزامية بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) لتبسيط التحليل.

Technical Knowledge: MS Office, Power BI Data Visualization, Datal Analysis & Intuition, Statical and Mathematical Thinking, Knowledge of AI to simplify analysis.
The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including the preparation of professional PowerPoint presentations, advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, and practical knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports. Knowledge of AI is mandatory.

- 1 - Support supply chain data analysis by collecting, organizing, and validating data provided by management or extracted from the data warehouse.
- 2 - Create and maintain Excel reports and Power BI dashboards to present supply chain information clearly and support management decision-making.
- 3 - Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations using charts, graphics, and concise summaries to communicate key findings.
- 4 - Identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies, working with the Supply Chain team to improve reporting accuracy and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- 5- Apply AI tools to simplify data analysis and reporting, under team guidance, while checking the accuracy of outputs and maintaining data confidentiality.
