The Position

As part of Roche’s Saudi-based Early in Career Development Programme - Commercial, you will embark on a 12-month transformational journey designed for aspiring pharmacists. In this rotational role, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic, patient-centered functions, collaborating across the healthcare ecosystem to solve real challenges around science, technology, and healthcare partnerships.

• Engage in Rotational Learning: Participate in hands-on rotations across patient care, stakeholder collaboration, and system transformation to build critical skills
• Drive Patient-Centered Initiatives: Work on projects that advance patient outcomes and support our vision of personalized healthcare

Who You Are
You are a passionate, purpose-driven pharmacy graduate at the early stage of your career, eager to make a lasting difference in the healthcare system.

• Educational Background: Recent degree (Bachelor’s or PharmD) in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical science qualifications
• Curiosity & Learning Agility: Strong desire to learn, experiment with new ideas, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working across diverse teams and cultures
• Patient Advocacy Mindset: Demonstrated enthusiasm for patient outcomes, healthcare leadership, and system transformation
