المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع المستشارين والعملاء لفهم أهداف البحث وطرح الأسئلة المناسبة وترجمة الأهداف التحليلية إلى مناهج تحليلية دقيقة.
- إجراء تحليلات كمية متعمقة تشمل التحقق من صحة البيانات والجداول المتقاطعة والنمذجة والتحليل الاستكشافي مع الاهتمام الاستثنائي بالدقة والتفاصيل.
- الغوص في مجموعات البيانات لاختبار الفرضيات واستكشاف طرق دمج البيانات الثانوية والكشف عن الأنماط المهمة التي تعالج أسئلة البحث الخاصة بالعميل.
- إعداد توثيق واضح لسير العمل التحليلي ومصادر البيانات المستخدمة لضمان إمكانية مراجعتها.
- إعداد مخرجات تحليلية واضحة تُمكّن المستشارين والشركاء من صياغة روايات مقنعة وتسليمات جاهزة للعميل.
- دعم مشاركات العميل واجتماعات العملاء المحتملين من خلال الانضمام إلى المكالمات والاستماع بعناية لأهداف العميل وتقديم منظور تحليلي.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير مطلوبة.
- الجنسية السعودية مطلوبة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن سنتين في أساليب البحث الكمي أو الإحصاء أو الرياضيات أو الاقتصاد أو أي تخصص كمي مماثل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع بيانات المسوح المعقدة، تشمل التحقق من جودة البيانات وإجراء التحليل الإحصائي ودعم تطوير الرؤى.
- إتقان استخدام لغات البرمجة مثل Python أو R أو SQL.
- إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- خبرة في التعامل المباشر مع العملاء (مفضلة).

What You’ll Do
- Partner with consultants and clients to understand research objectives, ask thoughtful questions and translate analytic goals into rigorous analytic approaches
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis, including data validation, cross-tabulation, modeling and exploratory analysis, with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
- Dive deeply into datasets to test hypotheses, explore ways to incorporate secondary data and uncover meaningful patterns that address client research questions
- Prepare clear documentation on analytic workflows and other data sources used that can be audited
- Prepare clear analytic outputs that enable consultants and partners to craft compelling narratives and client-ready deliverables
- Support client engagements and prospect meetings by joining calls, listening carefully to clients’ goals and providing analytical perspective

- Master’s degree required
- Saudi National required
- At least two years of professional experience in quantitative research methods, statistics, math, economics or a similar quantitative discipline required
- At least two years of experience working with complex survey data, including validating data quality, conducting statistical analysis and supporting insight development required
- Proficiency in Python, R or SQL required
- Full fluency in Arabic and English required
- Client-facing experience preferred
