Greenland Group تعلن عن فرصة توظيف لمشغل آلة تشكيل حراري (THERMOFORMING) في السعودية، دوام كامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة آلات التشكيل الحراري والتشكيل بالتفريغ (vacuum forming) بكفاءة.
- إنتاج باستخدام مواد PET وPP وPS وغيرها من مواد التشكيل الحراري المناسبة.
- تنفيذ تركيب القوالب وتثبيتها ومحاذاتها وضبطها وفقًا لمتطلبات الإنتاج.
- مراقبة معايير الآلة وضمان استقرار أداء الإنتاج.
- تحديد أخطاء المعدات والانحرافات الإنتاجية والمشكلات التشغيلية.
- تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لمشكلات المعدات والإنتاج وتطبيق الحلول المناسبة.
- إجراء الفحوصات الروتينية للآلة ودعم أنشطة استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
- الحفاظ على معايير الجودة المطلوبة ومواصفات الإنتاج.
- تطبيق إجراءات CAPA وQA/QC لمنع تكرار المشكلات الإنتاجية والجودة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة والجودة والإنتاج لحل المشكلات التشغيلية.
- ضمان تشغيل الآلة بشكل سليم والسلامة في مكان العمل والنظافة العامة.
- حفظ سجلات الإنتاج وإبلاغ المشرفين عن أي انحرافات في الآلة أو العملية.
- العمل بفعالية كجزء من فريق الإنتاج والفريق الفني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor thermoforming and vacuum forming machines efficiently.
- Run production using PET, PP, PS, and other applicable thermoforming materials.
- Perform mold installation, setting, alignment, and adjustment according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine parameters and ensure stable production performance.
- Identify equipment errors, production abnormalities, and process problems.
- Analyze root causes of equipment and production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct routine machine checks and support troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain required quality standards and production specifications.
- Apply CAPA and QA/QC procedures to prevent recurring production and quality problems.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper machine operation, workplace safety, and housekeeping.
- Maintain production records and report machine or process abnormalities to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a production and technical team.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: diploma in mechanical engineering
