Service Delivery Manager, IT Outsourcing (3 openings)

Own provider side delivery for a dedicated engineering squad placed with an enterprise client: resource availability, attendance, replacement readiness, monthly Statement of Work and cost allocation, monthly service review pack, escalations and capacity risks. You do not set the backlog; the client does. You make sure the squad is staffed, present, reported and reconciled every month. Three seats: one each on an integration (MuleSoft) squad, a mobile squad and a .NET full stack squad.

Requirements

12+ years in IT services. 5+ years managing outsourced or managed service teams for banks, fintech or large enterprise. Hands on with monthly SoW and fixed fee reconciliation. Incident and SLA governance. Agile delivery with client owned Scrum. Fluent written and spoken English. Experience with MuleSoft, mobile or .NET squads is a plus depending on seat. Riyadh based.

About the engagement

Datalake is building dedicated engineering squads for a leading financial services company in Riyadh. You will work from a Datalake delivery centre in Riyadh, Cairo or Tunis (no home working), Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00 Saudi time (UTC+3), on the Saudi public holiday calendar, inside the client's SDLC, repositories and CI/CD. Squads share a 24/7 critical incident on call rota with a documented backup. Professional English is mandatory for all documentation, ceremonies and reporting. Arabic is a plus.
