The role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of crisis and emergency response activities across flyadeal, assisting in the implementation of the Crisis Management and Emergency Response Plan, Business Continuity and Health & Safety initiatives. Coordinating drills, supporting business continuity planning, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to uphold regulatory compliance and improve overall response capabilities.

Key Responsibility

• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of crisis management and emergency response procedures in coordination with the Crisis & Emergency Management Manager.

• Participate in planning and executing emergency drills and exercises, ensuring documentation of outcomes and follow-up on lessons learned.

• Support the preparation and revision of emergency response manuals, checklists, contact lists, and coordination protocols.

• Help coordinate with internal departments (flight operations, cabin crew, ground operations, maintenance, etc.) to ensure alignment in contingency and emergency planning.

• Collect and analyze data from drills and actual events to support after-action reviews,  root cause analysis, and safety improvements.

• Maintain readiness of the Crisis Management Center (CMC) and assigned emergency equipment, supplies, and documentation.

• Monitor and support the implementation of health and safety initiatives, including crew wellness programs, hygiene standards, and public health compliance measures.

• Collaborate with departments to ensure business continuity plans are updated, tested, and aligned with organizational standards.

• Support awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops related to emergency preparedness and response.

• Liaise with external stakeholders (airport authorities, regulatory bodies, government agencies, and emergency services) during planning and real-time coordination.

• Keep updated with industry best practices, ICAO/IATA requirements, and regulatory updates concerning emergency management and health & safety.

• Bachelor’s Degree or experience in crisis/emergency and/or health and safety field equivalency

• Crisis and ERP certification.

• Minimum +1 year experience in aviation safety, crisis management or business continuity

• Knowledge in GACARs, IATA SARPs, ICAO SARPs.

• knowledge in Safety Management System.
