تعلن شركة Guardian Industries عن وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي (Mechanical Engineer) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق هندسي يركز على المشاريع لتحسين السلامة والموثوقية وتطوير المصنع من خلال الأتمتة والترقيات وتحسين العمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي المباشر للعمليات والصيانة لفهم أداء المعدات واستكشاف الأعطال في الوقت المناسب وتقييم إمكانيات الأنظمة.
- المشاركة الفعالة في تعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال معالجة الظروف والسلوكيات غير الآمنة وتقديم مقترحات التحسين.
- تنفيذ المشاريع الرأسمالية بما في ذلك ترقيات أنظمة المصنع والمعدات وأولويات التحول القابلة للتوسع.
- إعداد المتطلبات والتقديرات الميكانيكية للمشاريع وترقيات المعدات.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان نجاح المشاريع.
- الإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح معدات التصنيع مثل أنظمة النقل ومعدات التكديس الآلي وعمليات الخلط وعمليات أفران الاحتراق.
- قراءة وتعديل وإنشاء الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والنماذج المحوسبة.
- تقديم التدريب والدعم الفني لأقسام الصيانة والإنتاج.
- التحقيق في أعطال المعدات وتقديم توصيات لحلول لعمليات التصنيع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة السلامة للمعدات وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- قدرة قوية على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهوائية والهيدروليكية.
- معرفة ميكانيكية جيدة وخبرة في استكشاف أخطاء المعدات الصناعية والمرافق تشمل النواقل وضواغط الهواء ومحاذاة المراوح والخلاطات وأنظمة التبريد وأبراج التبريد ومحطات R/O و DI والمولدات.
- خبرة في العمل في مصانع العمليات المستمرة الآلية.
- خبرة في قيادة ودعم المشاريع الهندسية.
- خبرة مع أنظمة الموائع تشمل الهواء ومياه التبريد وأنظمة المياه النقية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع متعددة وأولويات بفعالية.
- خبرة مع AutoCAD و/أو حزم CAD أخرى.
- خبرة في التصميم الميكانيكي العملي والتصنيع ودعم التصنيع.
- خبرة في الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية.
- خبرة مع كود NFPA والأنابيب.

What You Will Do
- Provide on-the-floor Engineering support to operations & maintenance to understand equipment performance, troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, and evaluate system capabilities.
- Actively participate in driving a safety culture where employees address unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviours and participate and make suggestions for improvements.
- Execute capital projects including upgrades to plant systems, process equipment, and scalable transformation priorities
- Generate mechanical requirements and estimates for projects and equipment upgrades
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment such as conveying systems, automated stacking equipment, batching operations and combustion furnace operations
- Read, modify and create technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated models
- Provide training and technical support to Maintenance and Production Departments
- Investigate equipment failures and make recommendations for solutions to manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of equipment safety systems and safe working practices.
- Strong ability to read and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
- Good mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting experience with industrial and facility equipment, including conveyors, air compressors, fan alignment, mixers, chiller systems, cooling towers, R/O and DI plants, and generators.
- Experience working in continuous process automation plants.
- Experience in leading and supporting engineering projects.
- Experience with fluid systems, including air, cooling water, and pure water systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience with AutoCAD, and/or other CAD packages
- Experience with practical mechanical design, fabrication, and manufacturing support
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance
- Experience with NFPA code and piping
