Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Jubail. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing neuro and spine evaluations, procedures, and treatments, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with pain management. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries, coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols. The nurse will educate patients and families about treatment plans, post-operative care, and rehabilitation, while supporting a compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive care environment. The role also involves participating in quality improvement activities and following established clinical guidelines and center policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license with eligibility to practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Clinical expertise in acute care nursing, preferably with experience in neurology, neurosurgery, spine care, or related specialties.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, pain management, and post-operative care, with a focus on safety and infection control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, and to communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Competence in documenting care in electronic or paper medical records, following protocols, and supporting quality and evidence-based practice.
• Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced life support (ACLS) certification and prior experience in specialty centers or hospitals are advantageous.
