Job Title: Release Manager

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Description:

Release managers are responsible for the release management lifecycle, focusing on coordinating various aspects of production and projects into one integrated solution. They are responsible for ensuring that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the process are all considered and accounted for.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage all build and release management operations on daily bases.
• Working with stakeholders to confirm release services in sync
• Ensured all releases are evaluated, authorized, planned, tested, deployed and documented
• Established process for service delivery and recorded metrics to ensure services within SLAs
• Prioritizing the projects to meet business expectations and with no impact to operations
• Coordination with operations teams for deployment of changes
• Evaluating the test results in development and pre-production before launching to production
• Governing the Release end to end for any changes during the lifecycle
• Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate resolutions from operations side
• Generated regular reports and performance metrics
• Ensure release baseline, release note, pre, post deploy, backout plan documents/checklists are in place
• Owner for go-live releases including co-ordination and communications with stockholders
• DevOps release management process
• JIRA, Service Now tools knowledge for Release process

Requirements:

• Saudi only
• At least 5 year of experience
• Locally available in Saudi preference
• Minimum Bachelor degree
