Role Description

The Coffeeshop Cashier at Landees Playground is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The cashier is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments accurately, and providing friendly, efficient service at the counter.

What you'll be doing

• Ability to handle cash, operate POS systems, and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a welcoming attitude toward guests of all ages.
• Basic food and beverage handling skills, with attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Inventory monitoring to keep track of the availability

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or café environments is an advantage but not required.
• Speaks Arabic and English
• Friendly with children and parents
• Knowledge of coffee preparation
• Knowledge of POS system and tablet usage for orders
