Role Description This full-time on-site أخصائي شبكات اجتماعية role is based in the Riyadh Region. The Social Media Specialist will manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content in line with the marketing strategy. Responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals. The role involves researching trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize campaigns and improve engagement, reach, and conversion. The specialist will also contribute to reporting on social media performance and suggesting data-driven improvements to support broader digital marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars and campaign management.
- Skills in content creation for social platforms (copywriting, basic visual content, and storytelling suited to each channel).
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and client-facing teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as brand positioning, audience segmentation, and online engagement.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and consistency in execution.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English for creating and reviewing content is highly beneficial.
