We are looking for an experienced Senior Voice Engineer to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and video collaboration solutions across cloud-based and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise voice infrastructure, Unified Communications, and collaboration technologies.
• Manage Cisco IP telephony registered with Cisco Webex Cloud, Cisco Webex Calling and Meetings, and on-premises PABX/IP-PBX systems.
• Configure and manage SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, voice gateways, and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) ranges.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between cloud-based and on-premises telephony platforms.
• Implement and support Cisco video conferencing solutions for meeting rooms and end users, including Cisco codecs, Room Bars, and Room Kits.
• Troubleshoot complex voice and video communication issues across multi-site enterprise environments.
• Maintain high availability, voice quality, security, and reliability across enterprise voice and video services.
• Coordinate with telecom operators, vendors, network teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and incident root cause analysis reports.
• Provide technical support for business-critical voice and video services in a 24/7 enterprise environment when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise voice infrastructure, Unified Communications, and collaboration technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco IP telephony integrated with Cisco Webex Cloud, Cisco Webex Calling and Meetings, and on-premises PABX/IP-PBX systems.
• Proven experience with SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, voice gateways, and DID ranges.
• Practical experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco video conferencing equipment, including codecs, Room Bars, and Room Kits.
• Experience supporting complex voice and video communication environments across multiple enterprise sites.
• Mandatory: Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, resolve complex technical issues, and support business-critical services in a 24/7 environment when required.
