Role Description The Senior Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This position is responsible for promoting and selling Gulfneocare’s pharmaceutical to healthcare Government sector, including Wasfati. Daily activities include scheduling and conducting customer visits, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and providing clinical and technical information in alignment with regulatory and company standards. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets and market growth objectives. The Senior Medical Sales Representative also collaborates with internal teams, prepares regular sales reports, monitors market trends and competitor activities, and participates in conferences, trainings, and marketing events as needed.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality.
• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, account development, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, deliver clear product information, and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand therapeutic areas, product indications, and clinical practices.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, is a must in the Saudi Arabi region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software; valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Riyadh Region.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
