يعمل فني الصيانة الميكانيكية في موقع الشركة بالرياض، ويؤدي مهام الصيانة الروتينية والتصحيحية لمعدات إنتاج وتعبئة الغاز، والضواغط، وخطوط الأنابيب، والأنظمة ذات الصلة. تشمل المسؤوليات تشخيص أعطال المعدات، وإجراء الإصلاحات والتعديلات، وتنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية، وتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة لضمان الموثوقية والسلامة. يتعاون الفني مع فرق التشغيل والسلامة لتقليل وقت التوقف، ودعم التحسين المستمر، والامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة ذات الصلة. قد تشمل الوظيفة أيضاً المساعدة في تركيبات المعدات، والترقيات، وعمليات التفتيش الدورية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء الصيانة الروتينية والتصحيحية لمعدات إنتاج وتعبئة الغاز والضواغط وخطوط الأنابيب والأنظمة ذات الصلة
- تشخيص أعطال المعدات وإجراء الإصلاحات والتعديلات اللازمة
- تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية والفحوصات المجدولة
- توثيق أنشطة الصيانة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التشغيل والسلامة لتقليل وقت التوقف ودعم التحسين المستمر
- المساعدة في تركيبات المعدات الجديدة والترقيات وعمليات التفتيش الدورية
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في صيانة المعدات (Equipment Maintenance) والصيانة الصناعية (Industrial Maintenance) للأنظمة الميكانيكية في البيئات الصناعية
- مهارات في تشخيص الأعطال (Troubleshooting) والصيانة والإصلاح (Maintenance & Repair) لتشخيص المشكلات واستعادة المعدات إلى حالة تشغيل آمنة
- خبرة في الصيانة الوقائية (Preventive Maintenance) بما في ذلك تخطيط وتنفيذ الفحوصات والخدمات المجدولة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصيانة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل)
- خبرة في تصنيع الغاز أو مصانع المعالجة أو المنشآت الصناعية الثقيلة المماثلة (ميزة إضافية)
- معرفة بمعايير السلامة وإجراءات الإغلاق/وضع العلامات (Lockout/Tagout) والعمل مع الأنظمة المضغوطة (مفيد)
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية والأدلة اليدوية، واستخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية، وتشغيل أجهزة التشخيص

Role Description The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves performing routine and corrective mechanical maintenance on gas production and filling equipment, compressors, pipelines, and related systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, carrying out repairs and adjustments, executing preventive maintenance plans, and documenting maintenance activities to ensure reliability and safety. The technician will work closely with operations and safety teams to minimize downtime, support continuous improvement, and comply with relevant safety and quality standards. The role may also involve assisting with equipment installations, upgrades, and periodic inspections.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for mechanical systems in industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to diagnose faults and restore equipment to safe operating condition.
- Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing scheduled inspections and servicing.
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in gas manufacturing, process plants, or similar heavy industrial facilities is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and working with pressurized systems is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, use hand and power tools, and operate diagnostic instruments.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
