What This Role Is About

Our client is seeking an Internal Audit Manager, based in Abha, to oversee internal audit activities and strengthen risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the organisation.

The role will involve reviewing business processes, assessing internal controls, and identifying areas of risk or non-compliance. You will work closely with management to present audit findings and recommend improvements that support operational efficiency and effective corporate governance.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 4+ years of relevant internal audit experience
• Experience conducting internal audits across multiple entities within a group structure.
• Ability to identify risks, control gaps, and areas of non-compliance
• Experience preparing audit reports and recommending corrective actions
• Understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills and professional judgement
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation
