Support the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (IT GRC) function by executing governance activities, monitoring compliance requirements, assessing technology risks, and supporting the implementation of control frameworks to ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

• Adhere to all Compliance, regulatory and control requirements, including but not limited to, Bank’s AML/CTF policy, guidelines and all SAMA’s regulations relating to account opening, KYC and Customer Due Diligence and fraud detection & prevention.
• Adhere to the Bank’s Cyber Security policies, and all SAMA regulations. Ensure to support SNB to comply with internal, national, and international Cyber Security controls and regulations.

Develop and Maintain IT Governance Frameworks, Policies and Standards

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures across technology domains.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with internal governance requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Support the periodic review and update of governance documentation to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Maintain repositories of IT policies, procedures, and governance-related documentation.

Support Risk Management and Compliance Activities

• Conduct technology risk assessments and support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of technology risks.
• Monitor compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and internal requirements.
• Assist in tracking remediation plans and following up on corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Support internal control testing activities and monitor control effectiveness.

Support Governance Reporting and Monitoring

• Prepare governance dashboards, reports, and management information related to risks, controls, and compliance activities.
• Collect, analyze, and validate data to support governance reporting requirements.
• Support the preparation of internal and external compliance reports.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of governance reports.

Support Technology Investments and Portfolio Governance

• Assist in monitoring governance performance indicators and portfolio governance activities.
• Support the tracking of technology initiatives and ensure proper governance oversight is maintained.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance governance efficiency and effectiveness.

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Identify opportunities to streamline governance processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support automation initiatives related to risk monitoring, reporting, and compliance activities.

Promote best practices and contribute to strengthening governance maturity across technology functions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Security or a related field

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT or IT governance roles

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of technology risk management and compliance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reporting, documentation, and data analysis capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
