القدية تبحث عن مدير معماري للبنية التحتية (Manager - Infrastructure Architecture) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، حيث سيلعب دوراً محورياً في تصميم وإدارة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات وفقاً لأهداف الشركة الاستراتيجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان التزام التطبيقات الرقمية والتطبيقات الموجهة للضيوف بالسياسات والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات ضمن إطار حوكمة البنية المؤسسية.
- فرض الالتزام بمعايير وإرشادات البنية المؤسسية خلال مراحل التصميم والتنفيذ والتشغيل للمشاريع.
- مراجعة تصاميم الحلول (عالية/منخفضة المستوى) بالتعاون مع مهندسي الحلول لضمان التوافق مع معايير البنية المؤسسية والمتطلبات غير الوظيفية.
- تقديم الإشراف الفني والمعماري أثناء تنفيذ التطبيقات والحلول الرقمية.
- المساعدة في تقييم الحلول الجديدة لضمان توافقها مع معايير البنية المؤسسية.
- إنشاء وصيانة الوثائق التفصيلية للبنية التطبيقية/الرقمية بما في ذلك المخططات والتكوينات.
- المشاركة في عمليات إدارة التغيير لتقييم التغييرات المقترحة المتعلقة بالتطبيقات/المبادرات الرقمية وتقييم أثرها وضمان تنفيذها بطريقة مضبوطة ومنسقة.
- دعم بناء وصيانة جرد شامل للأصول التطبيقية/الرقمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال البنية التحتية المعمارية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a visionary and detail-oriented Manager - Infrastructure Architecture to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing the architectural structure of our IT infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that our infrastructural framework aligns with strategic business goals and supports our innovative projects aimed at creating exceptional entertainment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- As part of the Enterprise Architecture team, the Application Architect is expected to ensure that the organization's digital and guest facing applications adheres to established policies, standards, and best practices while supporting the overall Enterprise Architecture governance framework
- ▪ Enforce adherence to established EA standards and guidelines throughout the design, implementation, and operation phases of various projects
- ▪ Review solution designs (high / low-level designs) in collaboration with solution architects to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards & guidelines, as well as non-functional requirements.
- ▪ Provide technical and architectural oversight and guidance during the implementation of applications & digital solutions
- ▪ Assist in evaluating new solutions to ensure they align with Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines
- ▪ Create/ maintain detailed documentation of the application / digital architecture, including diagrams and configurations
- ▪ Participate in change management processes to evaluate proposed changes related to applications / digital initiatives, assess their potential impact, and ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled and coordinated manner
- ▪ Support in building and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of application / digital assets
- ▪ Promote awareness of enterprise architecture governance principles and best practices among infrastructure, cloud & security teams, and other stakeholders
- ▪ Promote the establishment of internal structures and processes to guide, exploration, integration, and evaluation of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enable execution of digital initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or related fields
