نبذة عن الوظيفة
الوظيفة بدوام كامل وتتطلب العمل ميدانياً في الرياض. يقوم الفني بفحص المنازل والمنشآت التجارية والأماكن العامة لتحديد النشاط الحشري ومستوى الإصابة، ثم تحديد خطط المعالجة المناسبة. تركز الشركة على الحلول الآمنة والفعالة والمسؤولة بيئياً، وعلى توعية العملاء والوقاية على المدى الطويل، مع تشجيع الفنيين على التقيد بمعايير السلامة العالية واستخدام المعدات الحديثة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص المباني السكنية والتجارية لتحديد النشاط الحشري وتقييم مستوى الإصابة.
- تحضير المبيدات المعتمدة وتطبيقها.
- وضع المصائد وأجهزة المراقبة ومتابعتها.
- تطبيق استراتيجيات الإدارة المتكاملة للآفات.
- تنفيذ معالجات أساسية للمسطحات الخضراء والمناطق الخارجية عند الحاجة.
- توثيق النتائج وإعداد تقارير الخدمة.
- توضيح خيارات المعالجة وتعليمات السلامة والإجراءات الوقائية للعملاء بشكل واضح.
- صيانة الأدوات والمعدات.
- الالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والتعاون مع الفريق لضمان جودة الخدمة وتوافقها مع الأنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة أو تدريب معتمد في مكافحة الآفات أو الصحة العامة، أو الاستعداد للحصول عليه. الخبرة الميدانية السابقة ميزة.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول، والقدرة على التنقل داخل الرياض والمناطق المجاورة حسب متطلبات الزيارات الميدانية.
- القدرة البدنية على العمل في الظروف الخارجية، والدخول إلى الأماكن الضيقة، والتعامل مع المعدات والمواد بأمان.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات عملية قوية في مكافحة الآفات والإدارة المتكاملة للآفات، وتطبيق طرق المعالجة المناسبة بأمان وفعالية.
- معرفة بمبادئ PEST (العوامل السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتقنية) أو وعي بيئي وتنظيمي ما يتصل بعمليات مكافحة الآفات.
- خبرة أو إلمام بخدمات العناية بالمسطحات الخضراء، including معالجة الأعشاب والمناظر الطبيعية للوقاية من الأضرار الناتجة عن الآفات.
- مهارات تواصل واضحة ومحترمة لشرح الإجراءات وإرشادات السلامة والتوصيات للعملاء وزملاء العمل.
- دقة عالية في العمل والموثوقية والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.

Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management, with the ability to apply appropriate treatment methods safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of PEST principles (political, economic, social, and technological factors) or equivalent environmental and regulatory awareness relevant to pest management operations.
- Experience or familiarity with Lawn Care services, including basic turf and landscape treatment to prevent pest-related damage.
- Clear and respectful Communication skills to explain procedures, safety guidelines, and recommendations to customers and team members.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety protocols and local regulatory requirements.
- Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions, access confined spaces, and handle equipment and materials safely.
- Basic record-keeping skills and comfort using mobile devices or service applications for reporting and scheduling.
- Relevant certification or training in pest control or public health (or willingness to obtain it); prior field experience is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Riyadh and nearby areas as required for service visits.
