Job Purpose:

To design, plan, implement, and maintain mission-critical enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and recovery procedures. The role involves serving as a technical expert in system administration, recommending system redesigns, and providing project leadership to deliver high-quality service to Fakeeh Care Group customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.

• Implement data governance best practices in analysis processes.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling.

• Participate in data governance audits and compliance activities.

• Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.

• Continuously monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks to ensure efficient and effective operation.

• Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems.

• Integrate new software applications into existing systems.

• Ensure new applications are integrated and deployed efficiently across the business.

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring it is organized and accessible for future reference.

• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and systems.

• Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, natural disasters, and user abuse.

• Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff to assist with their work.

• Mentor team members and educate users on system administration best practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration to ensure continuous improvement.

• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis or relevant field

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field

• Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic

• Licenses / Certifications: Preferred certifications: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Google Business Intelligence Professional, Google Data Analytics Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
