المهام والمسؤوليات
- نقل العملاء والموظفين إلى مختلف الوجهات بأمان والتزام بالمواعيد وتوفير الراحة.
- التخطيط للمسارات، ومتابعة حالة المرور والطرق.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المركبة وجاهزيتها للعمل.
- الالتزام بأنظمة المرور المحلية وسياسات الشركة.
- مساعدة الركاب عند الصعود والنزول، والمساعدة في حمل الأمتعة عند الحاجة.
- التواصل بوضوح مع العملاء وقسم التوجيه (Dispatch) بشأن الجداول والتغييرات.
- دعم لوجستيات النقل الخاصة بالشركة، وإجراء فحوصات أساسية للمركبة، والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سارية من فئة CDL Class A أو رخصة قيادة مهنية معادلة وفق المتطلبات النظامية المحلية.
- خبرة مثبتة كسائق محترف أو سائق خاص، ويفضل في بيئة شركات أو بيئة خدمية.
- معرفة جيدة بطرق منطقة الرياض ومعالمها وأنظمة المرور فيها.
- سجل قيادة نظيف والتزام بالسلامة والامتثال.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية عند الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادة قوية، بما في ذلك خبرة في قيادة الشاحنات (Truck Driving) حيثما يلزم.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة مع العملاء والزملاء والمشرفين.
- خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة تتسم باللباقة والاحترام والتركيز على العميل في كل الأوقات.
- مهارات أساسية في فحص المركبات واكتشاف الأعطال ومعالجتها (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة اللغة العربية و/أو الإنجليزية (ميزة مفيدة للتواصل مع عملاء متنوعين).

Qualifications

- Demonstrates effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Provides high-quality Customer Service, maintaining a courteous, respectful, and client-focused attitude at all times.
- Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of Riyadh Region routes, landmarks, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Basic vehicle inspection and troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic and/or English is beneficial for communication with diverse clients.
