شركة نستله تعلن عن وظيفة Associate Manager, Distributor Inventory Management في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية (دوام كامل).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول الرئيسي والمدافع عن عملاء VMI/CMI لضمان دقة التنفيذ وتوقيته ومستويات الخدمة والرضا المتفق عليها. إدارة عملية إعادة التزويد الشاملة للعميل بكفاءة، والاستفادة من الأنظمة والعمليات لتقديم حلول تلبي الطلب بشكل استباقي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة وتحقيق مقاييس تنفيذ الخدمة كما يراها العميل.
- تحليل بيانات سلوك العميل ومخاطر نفاد المخزون بشكل استباقي، واستخدام تقنيات التخطيط والتنبؤ وإعادة التزويد المتقدمة لتحفيز المبيعات وتحسين مستويات المخزون في مراكز التوزيع مع مراعاة مدخلات تخطيط الطلب والعرض والمبيعات والعملاء واستراتيجية الخدمة.
- إنشاء أوامر إعادة تزويد محسّنة في نظام نستله أو نظام VMI/CMI الخاص بالعميل مع الموازنة بين أهداف المخزون والخدمة باستخدام بيانات مثل تاريخ المبيعات والتوقعات وتوفر المخزون لدى نستله والعميل.
- إدارة فعالة للحل التقني VMI (إدارة مخزون المورد) بما في ذلك صيانة البيانات والتوافق مع أنظمة نستله والعميل، وتطوير مدخلات نظام إدارة المخزون مثل تغييرات الشبكة والمهل الزمنية وتوقعات التسليم وإدخال منتجات جديدة.
- تحسين تكاليف التوزيع من خلال التعاون مع الشركاء مثل الخدمات اللوجستية الفعلية وتخطيط الطلب والعرض والنقل وتحليل سلسلة التوريد.
- التواصل المهني مع العملاء لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بعملية إعادة التزويد والدفاع عن عملاء VMI/CMI.
- ضمان توفر المعلومات الصحيحة وفي الوقت المناسب للعميل لإدارة أنشطة المخزون.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات مراجعة الطلب والعرض التشغيلية لضمان تخصيص المخزون بناءً على أولويات العمل والعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تشغيلية من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال مشابه لتنفيذ الطلبات في بيئة سوق أو هيكل تجاري مماثل.
- خبرة تشغيلية في أي من المجالات التالية (يفضل): العمل مع عميل أو لدى عميل في بيئة تعاونية، العمل في وظائف سلسلة توريد أخرى مثل الخدمات اللوجستية الفعلية أو دعم المبيعات، المشاركة في مشاريع تحسين أعمال ذات صلة.
- شهادة جامعية (بكالوريوس) مطلوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة حول توليد الطلب وسلسلة التوريد وعمليات المالية للتسعير.
- فهم عمليات الخدمات اللوجستية بما في ذلك مناولة المواد (مثل الانتقاء والتوصيل وتحسين النقل وتحديد مسار المصنع والنقل).
- معرفة عمليات سلسلة التوريد الشاملة وأفضل ممارسات وخدمة العملاء وحلولها.

- Proactive data analytics on Customer Behavior Trend and out of stock risks. Effective utilization of advanced planning, forecasting and replenishment techniques to drive sales and inventory levels at customer DCs taking in account inputs from Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Customer and Service Strategy.
- Generate optimized replenishment orders in Nestlé or customer VMI/CMI system while balancing inventory and service goals using information such as sales history, forecast and customer / Nestle stock availability
- Demonstrates effective management of the VMI ( Vendor Management Inventory ) technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Nestlé and Customer systems. Develop and maintain inputs to inventory management system, including network changes, lead-times, delivery expectations and new product introductions
- Effectively optimizes distribution costs by collaborating with cross-functional business partners such Physical Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning (DSP), Transportation and Supply Chain Analytics
- Professionally engage with customers to resolve issues and concerns related to stock replenishment process and serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for VMI/CMI customers
- Ensure right and on time information is available for Customer to manage stock related activities
- Executes strategies from Operational Demand & Supply Review (OpsDSR) to ensure stock allocation based on business and customer prioritization.
- 2-4yrs of preferably operational experience in order fulfillment type of role in a similar market environment or trade structure.
- Additionally, operational experience in the following areas is beneficial:
- Working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
- Working in other Supply Chain functions such as Physical Logistics or Sales support
- Experience in related business improvement projects
- Good Knowledge about Generating Demand, Supply Chain and Finance process for pricing
- Understanding of Logistics processes including Materials Handling e.g. picking to deliver, transport optimization, plant and transport route determination
- College/University degree required
- Supply Chain E2E Processes and Customer Service Best Practices and solutions knowledge
