شركة نستله السعودية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة (مساعد مدير - التمثيل الطبي) للعمل في مدينة عسير - خميس مشيط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم مندوب التمثيل الطبي بالترويج الأخلاقي لمنتجات تغذية الرضع من نستله في المنطقة المحددة، من خلال التواصل الواضح مع الجهات الطبية وشبه الطبية وتقديم معلومات دقيقة عن هذه المنتجات وميزاتها واستخداماتها المناسبة عندما لا تستطيع الأمهات أو يخترن عدم إرضاع أطفالهن رضاعة طبيعية، وذلك ضمن إرشادات شركة نستله للتغذية ووفقاً للمدونة الدولية لتسويق بدائل حليب الأم وتعليمات نستله والقوانين المحلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لاعتقاد نستله بأن الرضاعة الطبيعية هي الأفضل للأطفال وأنها موصى بها على جميع بدائل تغذية الرضع.
- توفير معلومات موثوقة حول تغذية الرضع وممارسات الرضاعة للجهات الطبية/شبه الطبية في المجالات التي تهمهم وتؤثر على ممارساتهم.
- المشاركة في تنظيم وإدارة الاجتماعات العلمية الطبية/شبه الطبية حول معرفة المنتجات والتغذية أو الموضوعات ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك اجتماعات الرعاية ودعوة المحاضرين الضيوف.
- مراقبة أنشطة المنافسين بما في ذلك المنتجات الجديدة واستراتيجيات التواصل، والإبلاغ عنها لمدير الميدان الطبي.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات ودفاتر مناسبة لجميع المراسلات والإجراءات المتخذة في الأنشطة اليومية.
- تحديد وصيانة المعلومات ذات الصلة بجميع جهات الاتصال في المنطقة المحددة عبر قائمة رئيسية، بما في ذلك التصنيف حسب الاهتمام والأهمية، واستكمال بطاقات الاتصال الدورية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الصيدلانية / الصحة العامة / التغذية / الأحياء.
- خبرة سابقة كمندوب طبي (مرغوب فيها).

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is Best for Babies and that Breastfeeding is recommendable over all other feeding alternatives for infants
- Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice.
- Participate in the organization and running of Product Knowledge, Nutrition or related topics medical / paramedical scientific meetings including their sponsorship meeting, guest lecturer invitation.
- Monitor and report to the Medical Field Manager on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc
- Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities.
- Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned territory via master list, including classification on interest and importance, and by regular call cards completion.
- Education: Bachelor of pharmaceutical Science /Public Health / Nutrition / Biology.
- Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable
