انضم إلى شركة نستله، أكبر شركة أغذية ومشروبات في العالم، كمساعد مدير تحسين الخدمات اللوجستية (مخطط نقل) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة عمليات النقل الداخلي والخارجي في المصنع، مع التركيز على تحقيق حركة سلسة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة للبضائع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أنشطة النقل اليومية الواردة والصادرة وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- تحسين تخطيط النقل لتقليل التكاليف مع الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الخدمة.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة (SHE) الخاصة بنستله واللوائح المحلية للنقل.
- التعاون مع فرق المستودعات والإنتاج لمواءمة جداول النقل مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
- مراقبة أداء شركات النقل ومعالجة مشكلات الخدمة ودفع التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان التوثيق المناسب للشحنات وتتبعها وتقليل التأخير والتناقضات.
- دعم مبادرات التحكم في التكاليف من خلال تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات كفاءة النقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في عمليات النقل أو اللوجستيات أو سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة في العمل مع مقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية الخارجيين (3PL) وأنظمة إدارة الشحن.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بتخطيط النقل وإدارة الأساطيل.
- الإلمام بلوائح السلامة والصحة والبيئة (SHE) المتعلقة بالنقل.
- إتقان معاملات SAP المتعلقة بالنقل واللوجستيات.
- القدرة على تحليل محركات تكلفة النقل وتنفيذ مبادرات توفير التكاليف.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات فعالة في التواصل والتنسيق لضمان التعاون السلس بين الفرق.

Focus of this role is to:
- Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound transport activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Optimize transport planning to reduce costs while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards and local transport regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to align transport schedules with operational needs.
- Monitor carrier performance, address service issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of shipments, reducing delays and discrepancies.
- Support cost control initiatives by identifying and implementing transport efficiency improvements.
Functional Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution:
- Schedule and oversee daily inbound and outbound transport activities.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure transport operations align with Nestlé’s SHE and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections of transport operations.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
- Track and analyze transport KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per trip, carrier efficiency). o Identify areas for cost reduction and service improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse teams to synchronize transport with material handling.
- Address transport-related issues and work with suppliers for resolution.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate transport records, invoices, and compliance documents.
Academic & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and freight management systems.
- Strong knowledge of transport planning and fleet management.
- Familiarity with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) regulations related to transport.
- Proficiency in SAP transactions related to transport and logistics.
- Ability to analyze transport cost drivers and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
