تعلن شركة Nestlé عن توفر وظيفة مساعد مدير التمثيل الطبي في مدينة جدة (مكة المكرمة)، السعودية، حيث سيكون المندوب الطبي مسؤولاً عن التعريف الأخلاقي بمنتجات تغذية الرضع من Nestlé في المنطقة المحددة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المندوب الطبي مسؤول عن التعريف الأخلاقي بمنتجات تغذية الرضع من Nestlé في المنطقة المحددة، من خلال التواصل بوضوح مع الجهات الطبية/شبه الطبية بمعلومات دقيقة عن هذه المنتجات، وميزاتها وفوائدها، واستخدامها المناسب عندما لا تستطيع الأمهات إرضاع أطفالهن رضاعة طبيعية أو يخترن عدم القيام بذلك، وذلك ضمن الإرشادات التي تحددها NME Nutrition بما يتوافق مع المدونة الدولية لتسويق بدائل حليب الأم، وتعليمات Nestlé، والقوانين المحلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لاعتقاد Nestlé بأن الرضاعة الطبيعية هي الأفضل للأطفال وأنها موصى بها أكثر من أي بديل آخر لتغذية الرضع.
- تقديم معلومات موثوقة حول تغذية الرضع وممارسات التغذية للجهات الطبية/شبه الطبية في المجالات التي تهمهم أو تؤثر عليهم في ممارستهم اليومية.
- المشاركة في تنظيم وإدارة الاجتماعات العلمية الطبية/شبه الطبية حول معرفة المنتج والتغذية أو الموضوعات ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك اجتماعات الرعاية ودعوة المحاضرين الضيوف.
- مراقبة أنشطة المنافسين بما في ذلك المنتجات المنافسة الجديدة واستراتيجيات التواصل، وإبلاغ مدير الميدان الطبي بها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات وسجلات مناسبة لجميع المراسلات والإجراءات المتخذة في الأنشطة اليومية.
- تحديد والحفاظ على المعلومات ذات الصلة بجميع جهات الاتصال في المنطقة المحددة عبر القائمة الرئيسية، بما في ذلك تصنيف الاهتمام والأهمية، واستكمال بطاقات الاتصال المنتظمة.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is Best for Babies and that Breastfeeding is recommendable over all other feeding alternatives for infants
- Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice.
- Participate in the organization and running of Product Knowledge, Nutrition or related topics medical / paramedical scientific meetings including their sponsorship meeting, guest lecturer invitation.
- Monitor and report to the Medical Field Manager on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc
- Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities.
- Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned territory via master list, including classification on interest and importance, and by regular call cards completion.
- Education: Bachelor of pharmaceutical Science /Medicine / Nutrition / Biology.
- Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable
