تعلن شركة MECCA Brands عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير MECCAVERSITY الرائد (Flagship MECCAVERSITY Manager) في متجرها الرائد بشارع Bourke St، وهو من أكبر وجهات الجمال في العالم بمساحة 4,000 متر مربع ويضم أكثر من 200 علامة تجارية وتجارب تفاعلية وخدمات جمال عالمية المستوى.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

وظيفة بعقد محدد المدة لمدة 12 شهراً، لقيادة تنفيذ فعاليات وبرامج تعليمية وتجارب تفاعلية لا تُنسى داخل قاعة MECCAVERSITY المخصصة، بالتعاون مع العملاء والعلامات التجارية والشركاء الرئيسيين. تعمل الوظيفة بنظام العمل الهجين بين مركز دعم MECCA ومتجر Bourke St الرائد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التعاون مع فرق MECCAVERSITY ومركز الدعم وفريق Bourke St لتخطيط وتنفيذ فعاليات وأنشطة وتجارب تفاعلية عالمية المستوى للعملاء والعلامات التجارية والشركاء الرئيسيين.
  • قيادة الفريق وتحفيزه وتمكينه من تصميم وتقديم تجارب تفاعلية وتعليمية وممتعة تجسّد رؤية MECCA.
  • الإشراف على التنفيذ التشغيلي للفعاليات والخدمات من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان التنسيق السلس والإنتاج والسلامة وتجربة العميل.
  • تعزيز الأداء التجاري من خلال توجيه الفريق نحو مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتحديد فرص تعزيز التفاعل والنتائج.
  • قيادة التحسين المستمر والاستفادة من الملاحظات وحل المشكلات بطرق إبداعية والمرونة لرفع مستوى تجربة MECCAVERSITY.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة واسعة في إدارة الفعاليات أو الأنشطة الترويجية أو البيئات التجريبية، مع قدرة مثبتة على تقديم تجارب عالية الجودة وجذابة.
  • خبرة في إنتاج الفعاليات وتنسيق المعدات السمعية والبصرية (AV) والتنفيذ التشغيلي والإدارة والصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.
  • العمل بنظام هجين بين مركز دعم MECCA ومتجر Bourke St الرائد، ويشمل ذلك ورديات المساء المتأخر ونهاية الأسبوع خلال أوقات الذروة التجارية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية قوية للأفراد، مع خبرة في إلهام الفرق وإدارة الأولويات المتعارضة وتحقيق الأداء في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

Our MECCA Bourke St Flagship brings this vision to life as one of the world's largest beauty destinations, spanning 4,000sqm and offering over 200 brands, immersive experiences and world-class beauty services.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Flagship MECCAVERSITY Manager to join our iconic Bourke St Flagship on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of unforgettable events, education and immersive experiences within our dedicated MECCAVERSITY auditorium, bringing together customers, brands and key partners in a truly unique beauty destination.

The Role You Could Play:

Working across our MECCA Support Centre and Bourke St Flagship, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of exceptional experiences within MECCAVERSITY. You will:

  • Partner with MECCAVERSITY, Support Centre and Bourke St teams to plan and deliver world-class events, activations and immersive experiences for customers, brands and key partners.
  • Lead, inspire and empower your team to curate and present engaging, educational and memorable experiences that bring the MECCA vision to life.
  • Oversee the end-to-end operational execution of events and services, ensuring seamless coordination, production, safety and customer experience.
  • Drive commercial performance by aligning your team to key performance indicators and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and results.
  • Champion continuous improvement, using feedback, creative problem-solving and agility to elevate the MECCAVERSITY experience.

What You Will Bring:

You are a passionate and collaborative leader who thrives on creating exceptional experiences and bringing people together. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in event management, activations or experiential environments, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience inspiring teams, navigating competing priorities and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in event production, audiovisual (AV) coordination, operational execution, administration and workplace health and safet
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with brands, partners and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to adapt and problem-solve under pressure.

This is a hybrid working arrangement across MECCA Support Centre and our Bourke St Flagship, including late-night and weekend shifts during peak trade.
