تعلن شركة CSI Global، وهي شركة استشارات هندسية رائدة، عن فرصة وظيفية بدوام كامل لشغل مسمى مهندس ضبط التكاليف (Cost Control Engineer) في المقر الرئيسي بمدينة الرياض، لدعم جميع المشاريع.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يُطلب مهندس ضبط تكاليف للانضمام إلى فريق المقر الرئيسي في الرياض، لإدارة الميزانيات وتقارير التكاليف والتنبؤات المالية عبر مشاريع البناء وإدارة المرافق واختبار الأنظمة الكهربائية. سيعمل شاغل الوظيفة على الحفاظ على تكاليف المشاريع ضمن الحدود المقررة، والإبلاغ المبكر عن المخاطر التجارية والتكلفية، وتزويد الإدارة ببيانات تكلفة دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد الميزانيات الخاصة بالمشاريع وهياكل تقسيم التكاليف (CBS) وأنظمة ضبط التكاليف وصيانتها بالتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتجارية.
- متابعة التكاليف الفعلية والالتزامات والمستحقات والتنبؤات والانحرافات عن الميزانية، وضمان دقة التقارير المالية وحداثتها.
- تتبع عقود الباطن وأوامر الشراء وتكاليف المواد والعمالة والمعدات والمصروفات المشروعية مقارنةً بالميزانيات المعتمدة.
- إعداد تقارير التكاليف الشهرية وتوقعات التدفق النقدي وتقديرات التكلفة النهائية (EAC) والتكلفة المتبقية (ETC) وتحليل الانحرافات ولوحات المعلومات الإدارية.
- التنسيق مع فرق التخطيط والتجارة والمشتريات والمالية والمشاريع لضمان التوزيع السليم للتكاليف والتقارير المالية.
- متابعة أوامر التغيير (VOs) والمطالبات والتأثيرات المحتملة على التكاليف، وتقديم تحليل في الوقت المناسب وإبراز المخاطر التجارية والتكلفية للإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في ضبط تكاليف المشاريع، ويُفضّل في مشاريع البناء أو الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP) أو إدارة المرافق أو اختبار الأنظمة الكهربائية.
- الوظيفة مفتوحة حصراً للمواطنين السعوديين، التزاماً بمبادرات السعودة ورؤية المملكة 2030.
- الوظيفة متاحة للمؤهلين من الجنسين، والتوظيف يعتمد على المؤهلات والمهارات والخبرة والملاءمة للوظيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم متين للميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية والتدفق النقدي وتقديرات التكلفة النهائية (EAC/ETC) وتحليل الانحرافات.
- مهارات متقدمة في برنامج Microsoft Excel.
- خبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) أو أنظمة إدارة التكاليف، ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير وتواصل قوية.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and cost control systems in coordination with project and commercial teams.
- Monitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, forecasts, and budget variances, ensuring accurate and timely cost reporting.
- Track subcontracts, purchase orders, material costs, manpower, equipment, and project expenses against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, EAC/ETC, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to ensure proper cost allocation and financial reporting.
- Monitor variation orders (VOs), claims, and potential cost impacts, providing timely analysis and highlighting commercial and cost risks to management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in project cost control, preferably on construction, MEP, facilities management, or electrical testing projects.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, EAC/ETC, and variance analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP or cost management systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
