تأسست شركة CRI Group عام 1990، وتقدم خدمات حماية الأعمال من الاحتيال والفساد، تشمل العناية الواجبة للنزاهة، وفحص خلفيات التوظيف، وإدارة مخاطر الأطراف الثالثة والامتثال، وخدمات البحث والتحقيق المهني. وللشركة خبراء وموارد في أسواق إقليمية رئيسية عبر آسيا والمحيط الهادئ وجنوب آسيا والشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وأوروبا وأمريكا الشمالية. ويعمل محلل التحقيقات على إجراء تحليلات وأبحاث استقصائية متنوعة، ومنها البحث في السجلات العامة، حيث يقوم بالبحث الشامل من جميع المصادر، وجمع البيانات ذات الصلة، ومراجعة الفجوات المعلوماتية، وإعداد السجلات والملفات، وإكمال التحقيقات والتقارير المطلوبة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • جمع المعلومات الاستخبارية عن طريق الملاحظة الميدانية أو المصادر السرية أو السجلات العامة.
  • بناء علاقات مهنية مستمرة مع الجهات الحكومية التي توفر المعلومات العامة.
  • جمع نتائج الأبحاث والتحقيقات وتجميعها وتحليلها وتقييمها.
  • رصد المؤشرات التحذيرية في التقارير، مثل القضايا القضائية، والأشخاص المعرّضين سياسياً، وقوائم العقوبات، والأخبار السلبية، والمسميات الوظيفية المبالغ فيها، وفترات العمل غير الصحيحة، والمؤهلات المزوّرة، وغيرها.
  • كتابة تقارير واضحة ومنظمة ومنطقية وموضوعية حول وضع الشركة وشرعيتها وخلفيتها العامة وسمعتها، وحول الأشخاص المعنيين بها أو الأفراد محل الفحص.
  • إدارة قضايا متعددة للعناية الواجبة وفحص الخلفيات والتحقيق في مطالبات التأمين حتى إنجازها.
  • متابعة سير العمل وضمان إنجاز القضايا في الوقت المحدد.
  • إعداد تقارير مكتوبة دقيقة وعالية الجودة.
  • متابعة الإجراءات اللازمة مع الأطراف الخارجية.
  • المساعدة في إدارة الوثائق التي تدعم التحليلات المنفذة.
  • التنسيق مع أعضاء الفرق الدولية والموردين لإنجاز نطاقات العمل المطلوبة.
  • إظهار حسن تقدير ممتاز، والالتزام بالتميز المهني ورؤية المؤسسة.
  • اتباع معايير ISO الحالية والمستقبلية، والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • تنفيذ مهام وأعمال أخرى وفقاً لاحتياجات الشركة ومتطلبات العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الإعلام أو الصحافة أو القانون أو العلاقات أو الشؤون الدولية، أو تخصص ذو صلة.
  • خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات.
  • يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجالات العناية الواجبة أو البحث أو القانون أو التحقيقات أو إدارة المخاطر.
  • قد تُحدَّد مؤهلات إضافية وتحظى بالأفضلية حسب طبيعة الوظيفة.
  • أن يكون مؤهلاً لزيارة المحاكم والجهات الرسمية (policy authorities) لإجراء الأبحاث.
  • الاستعداد للمشاركة في إجراءات الفحص قبل التوظيف لدى الشركة، بما في ذلك فحص المخدرات والتحقيق في الخلفية.
  • القدرة على التحدث والقراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • مهارة في كتابة التقارير.
  • خبرة مطلوبة في المجالات التالية: التحقق من المؤهلات التعليمية، والتحقق من الانتماءات المهنية، والتاريخ الوظيفي للسنوات العشر الأخيرة، والاستعلام الائتماني الدولي، والفحص الجنائي الدولي (حسب الاختصاص القضائي).

CRI Group is a global firm with experts and resources located in key regional marketplaces across Asia Pacific, South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and North America. The international nature of business today dictates an increasing demand for proactive measures designed to reduce the exposure of organizations to economic crime and civil wrongs, particularly in the financial, government, and multinational business sectors.

The Investigative Analyst conducts various analyses and investigative research services, including but not limited to public record research. The Investigative Analyst will complete all-source research, gather pertinent data, review intelligence gaps, prepare records and files, and complete associated investigations and reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather intelligence information by field observation, confidential information sources, or public records.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with government agencies that provide public information.
  • Collect, assimilate, analyze, and evaluate the results of research and investigations.
  • Identify red flags in reports such as court cases, politically exposed persons, sanctions lists, adverse media, inflated job titles, incorrect employment periods, forged qualifications, etc.
  • Write well-structured, logical, and objective reports regarding assessments on the status, legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a company and its principals, or subject individuals.
  • Manage multiple due diligence, background screening, and insurance claim investigation cases through completion.
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of cases.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality written reports.
  • Ensure necessary follow-up actions to external stakeholders.
  • Assist in document management that supports the analyses performed.
  • Coordinate with international team members and vendors to complete required scopes of work.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the organization’s vision.
  • Follow current and prospective ISO standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Carry out other tasks and assignments according to the needs and requirements of the company and work.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree majoring in Media, Journalism, Law, International Relations/Affairs, or other related areas of study.
  • Having at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior work experience in due diligence, research, legal, investigations or risk management fields will be preferred.
  • Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
  • Must be eligible to visit the court and policy authorities to conduct the research.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have report-writing skills.
