تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة فني تطبيق مانع التسرب اليدوي (Sealer Manual Application Technician) في السعودية، ضمن فريق طلاء السيارات المتخصص. يتولى هذا الدور المسؤولية الدقيقة عن التطبيق اليدوي لمانعات التسرب والمواد اللاصقة الهيكلية على هياكل السيارات، لضمان سلامة الإغلاق والحماية من التآكل وضيق المياه وتقليل الضوضاء، وفقاً لمواصفات الشركة المصنعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التطبيق اليدوي لمانعات تسرب اللحامات (seam sealers) ومانعات تسرب الحواف (hem flange sealers) وطلاءات PVC ومواد مقاومة التشقق (anti-chip) ومواد NVH على هياكل السيارات (BIW) والهياكل المطلية، وفقاً لمعايير OEM وتعليمات العمل.
- ضمان الحجم والشكل والاستمرارية والتداخل والمظهر الصحيح لحبيبات مانع التسرب في المناطق المرئية وغير المرئية.
- اتباع تسلسلات التطبيق المحددة وأوقات التكت (takt times) لدعم تدفق الإنتاج المستمر في صناعة السيارات.
- استخدام وصيانة معدات التطبيق اليدوي مثل مسدسات السيلر الهوائية والخراطيش والمضخات والخراطيم.
- مراقبة حالة المواد بما في ذلك درجة الحرارة واللزوجة ونافذة المعالجة (curing window) وعمر الوعاء (pot life).
- إجراء فحوصات بصرية ولمسية لضمان اكتمال الإغلاق والالتصاق وخلوه من العيوب.
- تحديد وتصحيح عيوب السيلر مثل الفراغات (skips) والفقاعات الهوائية والمواد الزائدة والتلوث أو التشطيب السيئ.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الطلاء وفرق الجودة والإنتاج لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالسيلر.
- الالتزام الصارم بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) المتعلقة بالتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية وبيئة العمل واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية والتهوية.
- الحفاظ على معايير 5S والنظافة الممتازة في منطقة تطبيق السيلر.
- دعم جاهزية التدقيق وأنشطة بناء الإطلاق ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- العمل كنموذج ماهر، ودعم تدريب وتوجيه الفنيين المبتدئين عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني أو شهادة مهنية في تخصصات السيارات أو الطلاء أو الميكانيكا أو الصناعة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-4 سنوات في تطبيق السيلر اليدوي داخل ورش طلاء السيارات.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطبيق وإصلاح سيلر اللحامات وتطبيق PVC ومعالجة مواد NVH.
- القدرة على فهم تعليمات العمل ورسومات OEM ومعايير الجودة.
- لياقة بدنية تسمح بأداء مهام يدوية متكررة مع ارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة.
- مهارات اتصال أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

- معرفة متخصصة على مستوى الخبراء في تطبيق سيلر اللحامات اليدوي وطلاء PVC في ورش طلاء السيارات.

- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير خرائط السيلر وتعليمات العمل.
- خبرة عملية مع أنواع مختلفة من مواد السيلر (MS polymer, epoxy, polyurethane, PVC).
- قدرة قوية على تحديد العيوب المتعلقة بجودة السيلر ومتانته.

This role is critical to vehicle durability, customer-perceived quality, and long-term corrosion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually apply seam sealers, hem flange sealers, PVC coatings, anti-chip, and NVH materials on BIW and painted bodies as per OEM standards and work instructions.
- Ensure correct sealer bead size, shape, continuity, overlap, and appearance in visible and non-visible areas.
- Follow defined application sequences and takt times to support continuous automotive production flow.
- Use and maintain manual application equipment such as pneumatic sealer guns, cartridges, pumps, and hoses.
- Monitor material condition including temperature, viscosity, curing window, and pot life.
- Perform visual and tactile inspections to ensure sealing completeness, adhesion, and defect-free application.
- Identify and correct sealing defects such as skips, air pockets, excess material, contamination, or poor finish.
- Coordinate with Paint Engineers, Quality, and Production teams to resolve sealing-related issues.
- Strictly follow EHS requirements related to chemical handling, ergonomics, PPE usage, and ventilation.
- Maintain excellent 5S and cleanliness standards in the sealer application area.
- Support audit readiness, launch build activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a skilled role model, supporting training and mentoring junior technicians when required.
- Expert-level knowledge of manual seam sealing and PVC application in automotive paint shops.
- Understanding of corrosion protection principles, water management, and NVH requirements. Good sealer bubble and Sealer bead repair skills.
- Ability to read and interpret sealing maps, and work instructions.
- Hands-on experience with different sealer materials (MS polymer, epoxy, polyurethane, PVC).
- Strong defect identification capability related to sealing quality and durability.
- Technical Diploma or Vocational Certification in Automotive, Paint, Mechanical, or Industrial disciplines.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in manual sealer application within an automotive paint shop.
- Proven expertise in seam sealing application and repair, PVC application, and NVH material handling.
- Ability to understand OEM work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
- Physically fit to perform repetitive manual tasks while wearing required PPE.
- Basic communication skills in English; arabic languages are an advantage.
