تعلن أمازان عن فرصة وظيفية في الرياض، السعودية، لوظيفة خبير تقني في العمليات (Ops Tech SME) - التجارة السريعة، حيث ستعمل كحلقة وصل بين فرق العمليات والمنتج والتقنية لضمان عمليات انطلاق سلسة واستقرار سير العمل وتجربة عملاء استثنائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة الجاهزية التشغيلية ودعم أنشطة الإطلاق لضمان عمل سير العمل والأدوات والعمليات كما هو متوقع.
- تشخيص وحل مشكلات النظام بالتعاون الوثيق مع فرق التقنية والمنتج والعمليات.
- إجراء اختبارات منظمة، والتحقق من دقة العمليات، وتحديد الثغرات قبل الإطلاق.
- دعم التحقق من البيانات المتعلقة بسير العمل التشغيلي والتزامات العملاء.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء عبر الأقسام لحل العيوب وضمان الجاهزية للتشغيل.
- مراقبة الأداء بعد الإطلاق، ورفع المشكلات، وقيادة حل الأسباب الجذرية في الوقت المناسب.
- تحديد الأنماط المتكررة، واقتراح تحسينات طويلة الأجل، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- التواصل بوضوح مع الجهات المعنية عبر تقديم تحديثات ووثائق وتقارير حالة في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 5 سنوات في العمليات أو الدعم التقني أو التنسيق بين المنتج والتقنية.
- خبرة في تشخيص مشكلات النظام أو العمليات ودفعها نحو الحل.
- القدرة على العمل مع البيانات، والتحقق من دقتها، وإجراء تحليل أساسي باستخدام Excel أو أدوات مماثلة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية كتابةً وشفهياً مع القدرة على العمل عبر الأقسام.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئات سريعة الوتيرة وغير محددة.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم العمليات المعتمدة على التقنية أو بيئات الإطلاق.
- يفضل فهم اختبار سير العمل، وعمليات اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT)، أو التحقق المهيكل من العيوب.
- يفضل القدرة على تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتحديد الأنماط، والتوصية بتحسينات طويلة الأجل.
- يفضل خبرة العمل مع فرق المنتج أو التقنية أو التوصيل/التنفيذ في الميل الأخير.
- يفضل مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات مع الميل نحو المبادرة والمسؤولية.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues by working closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams.
- Conduct structured testing, validate process accuracy, and identify gaps before launch.

- Monitor performance post-launch, escalate issues, and drive timely root-cause resolution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in operations, technical support, or product/tech coordination roles
- Experience troubleshooting system or process issues and driving them to resolution
- Ability to work with data, validate accuracy, and perform basic analysis using Excel or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Experience supporting technology-enabled operations or launch environments
- Understanding of workflow testing, UAT processes, or structured defect validation
- Ability to analyze root causes, identify patterns, and recommend long-term improvements
- Experience working with product, tech, or last-mile/fulfillment teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ownership
