نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل مسؤول السلامة على تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة والمحافظة عليها وفقاً لسياسات الشركة والأنظمة المعمول بها، ويعمل ضمن بيئة متعددة الثقافات مع فرق متعاونة عبر مواقع مختلفة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للموقع وتحديد المخاطر
- التوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية وضمان تطبيق إجراءات السلامة واتباعها
- مراقبة الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة يومياً
- تقديم إحاطات السلامة والتدريبات الخاصة بها
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لملاحظات السلامة والحوادث
- التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة وإعداد التقارير
- دعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لمنع تكرار الحوادث
- التنسيق مع الإدارة والموظفين لمعالجة مخاوف السلامة بسرعة
- ترسيخ ثقافة التحسين المستمر في سلامة مكان العمل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الصحة والسلامة والصحة المهنية والقدرة على تطبيقها في البيئات الصناعية أو الإنشائية
- خبرة في التحقيق في الحوادث، تشمل إعداد تقارير الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية
- خلفية في الأمن والوعي بالمخاطر، مع القدرة على دعم بروتوكولات أمن الموقع وحماية مكان العمل
- شهادة أو دبلوم معتمد في الصحة والسلامة المهنية (مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها) مفضل

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health principles, with the ability to apply them in an industrial or construction environment.
- Experience in Accident Investigation, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Background in Security and risk awareness, with the capability to support site security protocols and overall workplace protection.
- Ability to design and deliver Safety Training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for diverse teams.
- Relevant certification or diploma in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with local and international safety regulations and standards applicable to Jubail-based operations.
- Effective communication, observation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Experience working on-site in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings; previous experience in the region is an advantage.
