Job Role

We are looking for a motivated Saudi fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This role provides a strong foundation for a successful engineering career through practical project exposure, structured learning, and guidance from experienced professionals.

The successful candidate will support the engineering and project teams in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical works and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, material submittals, and project requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, site, and subcontractor teams to support smooth project delivery.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, work progress updates, and project documentation.
• Support the preparation of material requests, quantity take-offs, and technical evaluations when required.
• Ensure all assigned activities follow approved quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Build technical knowledge and professional capability through on-the-job learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, projects, construction, or MEP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognised university.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
