Role Description The Automotive Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. The consultant is responsible for engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles and financing options. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations and test drives, preparing quotations, handling sales documentation, and following up with leads via phone and WhatsApp. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating with the maintenance and finance teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process. The consultant is also expected to meet sales targets, stay updated on product features and market trends, and contribute to the overall customer experience at Asar Auto.

Qualifications

• Strong Automotive Sales and Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and match them to suitable vehicles.
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every interaction.
• Ability to support Customer Retention through follow-up, relationship building, and long-term engagement with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face and phone/WhatsApp interactions.
• Basic knowledge of financing options and vehicle features; willingness to learn and stay current with product information.
• Proven ability to work toward sales targets, handle multiple inquiries, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism; proficiency in Arabic required and English language skills preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is strongly preferred; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
