تعلن مدارس SEK الدولية عن حاجتها لمعلمين صفوف (PYP Homeroom Teacher) للعمل في تبوك، الوجه، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتم تعيين معلمين لأربعة فصول دراسية متعددة الصفوف: رياض الأطفال والصف الأول (منصبين)، الصفين 2 و3، الصفين 4 و5.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل كمدرس صف ومشرف، والحفاظ على تواصل وثيق مع الأسر ودعم اندماج الطلاب في المدرسة.
  • قيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ وحدات الاستقصاء في برنامج السنوات الابتدائية للبكالوريا الدولية (IB PYP)، مع ضمان نهج متعدد التخصصات يدمج المواد الدراسية.
  • تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية، الرياضيات، العلوم الطبيعية والاجتماعية، والفن ضمن إطار الاستقصاء.
  • التعاون مع معلمي المواد المتخصصة (اللغة العربية، الإسبانية، الدراسات الإسلامية وغيرها) لضمان توافق النهج مع وحدات الاستقصاء.
  • تمييز التعليمات لتناسب الفصول متعددة الصفوف ومجموعة الطلاب المتنوعة متعددي اللغات، وضمان تحقيق جميع المتعلمين لأهدافهم.
  • المساهمة في تطوير المناهج الدراسية المكيفة مع السياق المحلي مع تلبية معايير البكالوريا الدولية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس على الأقل في التربية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على التدريس عبر مواد دراسية متعددة ضمن إطار منهج متكامل.
  • طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة لغات إضافية ميزة إضافية).
  • الاستعداد للانتقال والعيش في مجتمع دولي نامٍ.
  • يفضل: خبرة وتدريب في برنامج السنوات الابتدائية للبكالوريا الدولية (IB PYP) لمدة سنتين على الأقل.
  • يفضل: خبرة في تمييز التعليمات للفصول متعددة الأعمار أو متعددة الصفوف.

  • القدرة على التكيف والمرونة في بيئة سريعة التغير.
  • الحساسية الثقافية والقدرة على العمل مع خلفيات متنوعة.
  • مهارات تعاون وتواصل قوية.

Role Overview 

We are hiring a teacher for each of our primary multigrade classes: 

  • Kindergarten & Grade 1 (2 positions)
  • Grades 2 & 3 
  • Grades 4 & 5 

There is a shared application process for all four positions. Our goal is to select the most outstanding IB PYP practitioners while balancing this with experience and skills suited to the specific age groups. 

As a PYP homeroom teacher, you will: 

  • Act as class teacher and tutor, maintaining close communication with families and supporting students’ integration into the school. 
  • Lead planning and delivery of IB Primary Years Programme units of inquiry, ensuring a transdisciplinary approach that integrates subject areas.  
  • Deliver English, Mathematics, Natural and Social Sciences, and Art within the inquiry framework. 
  • Collaborate with specialist teachers for Arabic, Spanish, Islamic Studies, and other subjects to ensure shared approach with units of inquiry. 
  • Differentiate instruction for multigrade classes and a diverse, multilingual student population, ensuring all learners meet their goals. 
  • Contribute to curriculum development adapted to the local context while meeting IB standards.

Requirements 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. 
  • Proven ability to teach across multiple subject areas within an integrated curriculum framework. 
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage). 
  • Willingness to relocate and embrace life in a developing international community. 

 

Desired 

  • IB PYP training and experience (minimum 2 years preferred). 
  • Experience differentiating instruction for mixed-age or multigrade classes.
