تعلن مدارس SEK الدولية عن حاجتها إلى مدرس متخصص في الرياضيات والعلوم لبرنامج السنوات المتوسطة (MYP) في سياق صفوف متعددة المستويات، وذلك في تبوك، الوجه السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريس الرياضيات والعلوم في صفوف متعددة المستويات (MYP) مع ضمان التحدي والتقدم المناسبين لجميع المتعلمين.
  • تخطيط وحدات دراسية متماسكة وجذابة تدمج إطار البكالوريا الدولية مع معايير الأساس المشتركة (الرياضيات) ومعايير الجيل القادم للعلوم.
  • تصميم تعليم يلبي احتياجات الطلاب حيثما كانوا، مع إعطاء الأولوية للنمو والمشاركة والفهم المفاهيمي بدلاً من مجرد تغطية المحتوى.
  • جعل التعلم أصيلاً ومبنيًا على السياق، والاستفادة الكاملة من البيئة المحلية والتركيز على الاستدامة والعلوم البحرية والحفاظ على البيئة.
  • تقديم تعلم عملي قائم على الاستقصاء في العلوم، بما في ذلك تحضير وإدارة الأنشطة المخبرية بأمان.
  • استخدام التكنولوجيا والمنصات الرقمية لتعزيز التعلم، بما في ذلك الأدوات الناشئة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • العمل كمشرف أكاديمي لدعم رفاهية الطلاب وكونه حلقة وصل رئيسية بين المدرسة والأسر.

  • خبرة في تدريس برنامج السنوات المتوسطة (MYP) من البكالوريا الدولية (ضروري).
  • ثقة في تدريس الرياضيات ومختلف تخصصات العلوم.
  • مخطط ماهر مع خبرة في إدارة بيئات تعليمية معقدة.
  • ممارسة قوية في التفريد التعليمي للصفوف متعددة المستويات والمتنوعة.
  • قابلية للتكيف والمرونة والراحة في العمل ضمن سياق مدرسي نامٍ.
  • الاستمتاع بالتعاون واتخاذ المبادرات خارج نطاق التخصص.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable MYP Mathematics and Science Teacher to teach across the IB Middle Years Programme in a multigrade classroom context. This role requires confidence teaching mathematics and across the science disciplines, with a strong ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of a diverse and evolving student population. 

The Role 

  • Teach IB MYP Mathematics and Science in multigrade classes, ensuring appropriate challenge and progression for all learners. 
  • Plan coherent, engaging units that integrate the IB framework with Common Core Standards (Mathematics) and Next Generation Science Standards (Science). 
  • Design learning that meets students where they are, prioritising growth, engagement and conceptual understanding over coverage alone. 
  • Make learning authentic and contextdriven, taking full advantage of the local environment and the destination’s focus on sustainability, marine science and conservation. 
  • Deliver practical, inquirybased science learning, including the preparation and safe management of laboratory activities. 
  • Use technology and digital platforms effectively to enhance learning, including emerging tools such as AI. 
  • Act as a tutor, supporting student wellbeing and serving as a key link between school and families. 
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, including vertical alignment with Primary teachers, to ensure strong progression and coherence across Mathematics and Science. 
  • Contribute flexibly to the wider life of the school, as required in a startup environment. 

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Has experience teaching the IB MYP (essential). 
  • Is confident teaching Mathematics and across the Science disciplines. 
  • Is a skilled planner with experience managing complex learning environments. 
  • Demonstrates strong differentiation practice for multigrade and diverse classes. 
  • Is adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a developing school context. 
  • Enjoys collaboration and takes initiative beyond their subject area.
