Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, integrating, managing, and maintaining enterprise cybersecurity solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring the effectiveness of security controls, managing security technologies, and continuously improving the organization's overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including:
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Digital Rights Management (DRM)
• Full Disk Encryption (FDE)
• Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Lead and support the deployment, integration, maintenance, and upgrades of cybersecurity technologies.
• Develop, configure, and optimize security policies to ensure effective protection and minimize false positives.
• Integrate cybersecurity solutions with existing enterprise systems, including Active Directory, SIEM, IAM, and other security platforms.
• Monitor security solutions to ensure availability, performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Investigate and troubleshoot security-related technical issues, including agent failures, policy conflicts, and integration problems.
• Conduct regular security configuration reviews, health checks, and policy assessments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, system, and database teams to implement cybersecurity controls.
• Coordinate with vendors on technical support, product upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, security configurations, implementation procedures, and operational reports.
• Support compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies, NCA requirements, and applicable security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related technical security role.
• Proven experience implementing, integrating, and administering cybersecurity solutions in enterprise environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in the implementation, integration, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Practical experience with DLP, DRM, FDE, DAM, and MDM technologies.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting security agents across enterprise endpoints.
• Knowledge of security policy management, configuration optimization, and security monitoring.
• Experience integrating security solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of data security, access controls, encryption, and information protection.
• Experience performing cybersecurity solution upgrades, migrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking fundamentals, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Ability to investigate security alerts, analyze logs, and resolve security-related technical issues.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Experience with Network Detection and Response (NDR) solutions.
• Knowledge of Encryption and Key Management technologies.
• Experience with Sandboxing and Malware Analysis solutions.
• Knowledge of File Integrity Monitoring (FIM).
• Experience with scripting, automation, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NCA ECC, NIST, and ISO 27001.

Preferred Certifications

• Relevant vendor-specific technical certifications in DLP, DRM, FDE, DAM, MDM, or other cybersecurity technologies.
• Certifications related to security solution implementation, administration, and integration.
