تعلن شركة WTW عن وظيفة مدير معاهدات إعادة التأمين (Reinsurance Treaty Director) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة قيادية ذات أثر كبير، يتولى فيها المدير تصميم استراتيجيات معاهدات مبتكرة لعدد من أبرز شركات التأمين وإعادة التأمين في العالم. يجمع الدور بين الخبرة الفنية العميقة والفهم التجاري لتصميم حلول تُحسّن رأس المال وتدير التقلبات وتدعم النمو. ينضم شاغل الوظيفة إلى فريق عالمي تعاوني يقدّر التفكير الجريء والدفاع عن مصالح العملاء والتأثير في قرارات المخاطر المعقدة على أعلى مستوى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم برامج معاهدات إعادة التأمين النسبية وغير النسبية المعقدة عبر خطوط أعمال متعددة، وهيكلتها وتنفيذ توزيعها.
- العمل مستشاراً أول للعملاء، وتقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي في تحسين رأس المال، وإدارة التقلبات، وتحسين أداء المحفظة، وتعزيز المركز في السوق.
- إدارة عمليات التجديد من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك تحليل البيانات، واستراتيجية التسعير، والتفاوض مع معيدي التأمين، وتنفيذ التوزيع النهائي.
- قيادة نمو الأعمال من خلال تطوير العملاء والعروض الاستراتيجية، وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق ذوي الأداء العالي.
- تطوير علاقات قوية ومستمرة مع أسواق إعادة التأمين العالمية لتأمين أفضل الشروط والطاقة الاستيعابية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة واسعة في وساطة إعادة التأمين أو الاكتتاب أو تخصص ذي صلة بالتأمين وإعادة التأمين، مع خبرة قوية في هياكل المعاهدات.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة المهنية.
- المؤهلات المهنية في الصناعة (مثل ACII أو ما يشابهها) ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم المعاهدات النسبية وغير النسبية، ومفاهيم التسعير، وديناميكيات سوق إعادة التأمين.
- القدرة المثبتة على قيادة تعاملات العملاء المعقدة وإدارة عمليات التجديد والتفاوض الفعّال مع معيدي التأمين.
- قدرة تحليلية قوية، مع خبرة في تفسير النماذج الاكتوارية وبيانات التعرض والمقاييس المالية.
- الوعي التجاري والقدرة على تحويل التحليل الفني إلى توصيات استراتيجية واضحة للعملاء.

The Role
- Lead the design, structuring and placement of complex proportional and non-proportional reinsurance treaty programs across multiple lines of business.
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on capital optimization, volatility management, portfolio performance and market positioning.
- Manage end-to-end renewal processes, including data analysis, pricing strategy, negotiation with reinsurers and final placement execution.
- Drive business growth through client development, strategic pitches and mentoring high-performing team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global reinsurance markets to secure optimal terms and capacity.
The Requirements
- Extensive experience in reinsurance broking, underwriting or a related insurance/reinsurance discipline, with strong exposure to treaty structures.
- Demonstrated expertise in proportional and non-proportional treaty design, pricing concepts and reinsurance market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead complex client engagements, manage renewals and negotiate effectively with reinsurers.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting actuarial models, exposure data and financial metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ACII or similar) are advantageous.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate technical analysis into clear, strategic recommendations for clients.
