تعلن شركة ONPET Plastic Recycling LLC، وهي شركة متخصصة في إعادة تدوير البلاستيك بتقنية إعادة التدوير من زجاجة إلى زجاجة، عن حاجتها إلى مدير تطوير الأعمال والعلاقات الحكومية للعمل بدوام كامل في مدينة جدة، بنظام الحضور الفعلي إلى مقر العمل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتولى هذه الوظيفة بناء علاقات استراتيجية وإدارتها مع الجهات الحكومية والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة في القطاع، لدعم نمو الشركة وأهداف الامتثال التنظيمي. ويشمل الدور تحديد فرص تطوير الأعمال والسعي إليها، والتفاوض على الشراكات، ودعم العقود المتوافقة مع أهداف الاستدامة وتوسع السوق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة الأنظمة والسياسات ذات الصلة وإعداد الإحاطات وأوراق المواقف
- تمثيل الشركة في الاجتماعات والمنتديات الصناعية
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية بشأن المتطلبات التنظيمية والمبادرات الاستراتيجية
- إجراء تحليل السوق وبناء قائمة بالشركاء المحتملين
- دعم الإدارة التنفيذية بالتقارير والعروض التقديمية وخطط التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تطوير الأعمال أو إدارة الشراكات أو الشؤون المؤسسية، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاعات الاستدامة أو إعادة التدوير أو التغليف أو ما يرتبط بها
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو السياسات العامة أو العلوم السياسية أو الإدارة البيئية أو تخصص ذو صلة، والدرجة العليا ميزة إضافية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإلمام بالأطر التنظيمية المحلية في جدة والمنطقة ميزة كبيرة
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الشؤون الحكومية والعلاقات الحكومية لبناء علاقات فعالة مع جهات القطاع العام والحفاظ عليها
- مهارات في العلاقات التشريعية وتحليل السياسات لمتابعة التطورات التنظيمية وتقييم أثرها ودعم جهود المناصرة
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصل جيدة لتفسير البيانات وتطوير الرؤى وعرض المعلومات بوضوح على الجمهور الداخلي والخارجي
- القدرة المثبتة على العمل التعاوني مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف والتواصل مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة بمهنية ونزاهة

Role Description The Business Development & Government Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with government entities, regulators, and industry stakeholders to support ONPET’s growth and compliance objectives. The manager will identify and pursue business development opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and support contracts that align with the company’s sustainability and market expansion goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring relevant regulations and policies, preparing briefings and position papers, representing the company in meetings and industry forums, and coordinating with internal teams on regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives. The role also involves conducting market analysis, building pipelines of prospective partners, and supporting executive leadership with reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement plans.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Governmental Affairs and Government Relations to build and maintain effective relationships with public sector stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Legislative Relations and policy analysis skills to track regulatory developments, assess impact, and support advocacy efforts.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Communication skills to interpret data, develop insights, and present information clearly to internal and external audiences.
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or corporate affairs, preferably within sustainability, recycling, packaging, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Political Science, Environmental Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to engage senior stakeholders with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with local regulatory frameworks in Jiddah and the wider region are highly beneficial.
