Greenland Group is looking for Store Keeper (Mechanical Workshop) - Ministry of Defense, KSA

Job Description / Responsibility

1. Inventory & Stock Control

• Track Stock Levels: Monitor inventory using tracking software or stock registers to avoid overstocking or running out of critical parts.
• Reorder Points: Identify minimum and maximum stock limits and initiate purchase requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Implement FIFO: Apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to ensure older parts, fluids, and consumables are used first to prevent obsolescence.

2. Receiving & Quality Control

• Verify Deliveries: Cross-reference incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes for exact quantities and specifications.
• Inspect Goods: Check incoming mechanical parts, tools, and raw materials for damages or defects before accepting them into the store.

3. Storage & Organization

• Strategic Storage: Systematically categorize and store heavy machinery parts, hardware, and safety gear.
• Secure Storage: Safeguard specialized tools and expensive equipment from theft or damage.
• Labeling: Maintain clear labeling (bin cards) for each item to reduce retrieval times for mechanics.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Automobile
• Skills Required: Store/ inventory, Store Management, Spare parts, Automotive sector, Store keeping

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Training Institutes, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Automobile

Salary

• Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
