المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الأقسام الأخرى لحل مشكلات العملاء.
- قيادة تحليل التسوية والموازنة لحسابات التجميع ومعاملات العملاء.
- ضمان إعداد تقارير تسوية موجزة دقيقة في الوقت المحدد وإبراز الإجراءات المطلوبة.
- اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك التحقيق في المعاملات أو مشكلات واجهة البنك أو مطالبات العملاء.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الأقسام الأخرى، خاصة الأقسام الرقمية والوقاية وخدمة العملاء، لحل أي مشكلات تسوية أو مطالبات عملاء.
- حل أي مخاطر غير معالجة أو رفعها فوراً.
- التوصية وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات لزيادة كفاءة ودقة عمليات التسوية اليومية والدورية.
- ضمان تحديث ضوابط وعمليات التسوية.
- التنسيق لجمع البيانات، والتحقق من سلامتها، وتلخيصها.
- تشغيل النماذج والتحقق من ملاءمتها وتحليلها ثم توصيل النتائج.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة الأساسية للمصرفية والتسوية المحاسبية وتطويرها.
- إعداد تسويات دفتر الأستاذ العام لمؤسسة مالية.
- أداء المهام المطلوبة والمشاريع الخاصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها (يمكن استبدال المستوى التعليمي بسنوات الخبرة).
- خبرة من خمس إلى ثماني سنوات في دور مماثل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات حاسوبية: إتقان استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office ونظام الدفاتر المحوسب.
- اللغات: إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة محاسب قانوني معتمد (CPA).
- الكفاءات الأساسية (مستوى متوسط): تحقيق الذات والإشباع، التآزر الجماعي والتطوير، العقلية الريادية والقيادة، الفطنة التجارية والاجتهاد.

JOB-SPECIFIC
- Support the other departments to fix the customers’ issues
- Lead the reconciliation and balancing analysis on pool accounts and customer transactions
- Ensure accurate summary reconciliation reports are generated in a timely manner and highlight required actions
- Take proper actions as required including investigating transactions, bank interface issues, or customer claims
- Work closely with other departments, especially with the Digital, Safeguarding, and Customer Care to resolve any reconciliation or customer claim issues
- Resolve promptly and/or escalate any risks not addressed
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of daily and periodic reconciliation processes
- Ensure reconciliation controls and processes are up to date
- Coordinate to collect data, check its integrity and summarize it
- Run models, verify their applicability, analyze them then communicate results
- Maintain and upgrade knowledge of the core aspects of banking and accounting reconciliation
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations for a financial institution
- Perform ad-hoc requests and special projects
