Esnad Roads Contracting Company is looking for a Batch Plant QC Inspector to join our team for a project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials including cement, aggregates, water, admixtures, and supplementary cementitious materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor concrete batching operations, ensuring approved mix designs, accurate weighing, proper batching sequence, water-cement ratio, and admixture dosage.
• Perform and witness fresh concrete tests, including slump, temperature, air content, unit weight, and concrete sampling in accordance with ASTM and ACI standards.
• Prepare, identify, cure, and coordinate concrete cube/cylinder testing for compressive strength.
• Review concrete batch tickets before dispatch to verify mix design, concrete grade, quantity, batching time, truck details, and delivery requirements.
• Verify the calibration and condition of batching plant equipment, testing devices, and mixer trucks.
• Maintain QC records, inspection reports, test results, calibration records, and report any quality-related non-conformances.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Concrete Batch Plant Quality Control.
• Valid ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and concrete quality control procedures.
• Previous approval with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, SABIC, or the Royal Commission.
• Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
