‏⁦The Specialist will be responsible for designing and managing the economic "brain" of our Mega Digital Transformation initiatives. You will build the financial frameworks that justify large scale investments, structure commercial agreements with global technology partners, and ensure alignment with KSA Vision 2030 economic goals, including Local Content (ICV) and National Transformation targets.

⁦⁩المسؤوليات⁦⁩

·      Lead Qualification: Contribute in screening and assessing incoming opportunities to ensure alignment with Mega department strategy and investment criteria.

·      Initial Planning: Collaborate on the best way to structure a deal at a high level.

·      Business Case Development: Draft preliminary business cases outlining value drivers, cost considerations, risk exposure, and strategic benefits. 

·      Technical-to-Business Translation: Convert complex engineering and operational inputs into clear business narratives suitable for decision-makers. 

·      Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive commercial, pricing, and project information.

⁦⁩المؤهلات⁦⁩

·      Experience: 12-15+ years in Digital Transformation Solutions with at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams.

·      Background: Proven track record in a Mega-project environment.

·      Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage "Friction"-balancing the Opportunity Manager’s desire to move fast with the Governance Manager’s need for compliance.
