شركة CLEAR Engineering Consultants تطلب مشرف موقع / رئيس عمال (Site Supervisor / Foreman) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع وضمان تنفيذ العمل بأمان وكفاءة وفقاً للمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أنشطة البناء اليومية وتنسيقها في الموقع.
  • إدارة وتوجيه فرق العمل الماهرة وغير الماهرة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ العمل وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة وبيانات الطرق التنفيذية.
  • مراقبة الإنتاجية وضمان تحقيق معالم المشروع وفق الجدول الزمني.
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع ومهندسي المشروع والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
  • فحص جودة العمل وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • فرض لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في جميع الأوقات.
  • إجراء محادثات السلامة اليومية (Toolbox Talks) والإيجازات.
  • تقديم تقارير يومية عن التقدم والعمالة والمعدات واحتياجات المواد.
  • تحديد وحل المشكلات في الموقع فوراً.
  • مراقبة استخدام المواد وتقليل الهدر.
  • ضمان حسن ترتيب الموقع وتنظيمه.
  • المساعدة في عمليات التفتيش والاختبار وتسليم المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة المدنية أو تكنولوجيا البناء أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة مع خبرة واسعة في الإشراف على البناء قد تُقبل أيضاً.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مواقع البناء.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمشرف موقع أو رئيس عمال في مشاريع المباني أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الصناعية.
  • شهادات مفضلة: OSHA أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها من شهادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • شهادة إسعافات أولية (مفضلة).
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول (إذا تطلب المشروع ذلك).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة القوى العاملة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الإنشائية.
  • فهم جيد لأساليب البناء وتسلسل العمليات.
  • معرفة إجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
  • الإلمام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات العمل الآمن.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
  • قدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق مواعيد المشروع النهائية.
  • مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب (Microsoft Office يفضل).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily construction activities on site and ensure that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. The successful candidate will supervise labor, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
  • Manage and direct skilled and unskilled labor teams.
  • Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Monitor productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Report daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
  • Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • High school diploma with extensive construction supervision experience may also be considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of construction site experience.
  • At least 5 years as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with HSE requirements and safe work practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).

Certifications (Preferred)

  • OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
  • First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Valid driving license (if required by the project).
