Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily construction activities on site and ensure that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. The successful candidate will supervise labor, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Manage and direct skilled and unskilled labor teams.
- Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Report daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
- Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- High school diploma with extensive construction supervision experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of construction site experience.
- At least 5 years as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on building, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Required Skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with HSE requirements and safe work practices.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
Certifications (Preferred)
- OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Valid driving license (if required by the project).
