نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس MEP ذي خبرة للموقع للإشراف على أعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة وتنسيقها طوال مراحل البناء. سيتولى المرشح الناجح ضمان تنفيذ جميع تركيبات MEP وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والكودات المعمول بها ومعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف ومراقبة جميع أعمال MEP في الموقع لضمان الامتثال للمخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد.
- مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية (shop drawings) الخاصة بـ MEP، وعروض المواد، وبيانات الطرق (method statements)، والوثائق الفنية.
- تنسيق أنشطة MEP مع التخصصات المدنية والإنشائية والمعمارية وغيرها من تخصصات المشروع لتجنب التعارضات وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية في الموقع للتحقق من جودة التركيبات وجودة التنفيذ والامتثال لمعايير المشروع.

- تقييم التغييرات الفنية وأوامر التغيير والتعديلات في الموقع عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لعمليات التفتيش والموافقات وسجلات الاختبار وأنشطة الموقع.
- دعم عمليات التشغيل والتسليم الناجحة لجميع أنظمة MEP.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة MEP.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على أعمال MEP في مشاريع البناء.
- خبرة في المشاريع التجارية أو السكنية أو الصناعية أو مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية والتكييف (HVAC)، والسباكة، والحماية من الحرائق، والطاقة الكهربائية، والإضاءة، والأنظمة منخفضة التيار (low-current systems)، وخدمات المباني.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the construction lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure that all MEP installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and project schedules while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

We are seeking an experienced Site MEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the construction lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure that all MEP installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and project schedules while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Review MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and other project disciplines to prevent clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with project standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure MEP works are completed according to project schedules and milestones.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to maintain project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international codes, health and safety requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
- Review and witness testing, commissioning, and functional performance of MEP systems.
- Prepare and review inspection requests (IRs), testing reports, snag lists, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support, progress reports, and recommendations.
- Review as-built drawings and verify completed installations prior to project handover.
- Evaluate technical variations, change orders, and site modifications when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, approvals, testing records, and site activities.
- Support the successful commissioning and handover of all MEP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in supervising MEP works on construction projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power, lighting, low-current systems, and building services.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes, MEP standards, and engineering best practices.
- Professional engineering registration or relevant accreditation is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to review coordinated MEP drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, QA/QC procedures, and inspection processes.
- Experience with project management and document control software is an advantage.
