شركة KBR، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة، تبحث عن (Safety officer) سعودي الجنسية للعمل في مشاريعها بمكة ورابغ، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تفقد المعدات والأدوات وظروف العمل لضمان سلامة العاملين في منشآت النفط والغاز.
  • فحص أحزمة الأمان والسلالم والحبال والمعدات المطاطية والأدوات، واستبدال ما لا يلبي متطلبات السلامة.
  • مراقبة الفرق أثناء العمل والإبلاغ عن أي تقصير في إجراءات السلامة، مثل عدم استخدام النظارات الواقية أو القفازات المطاطية أو غيرها من وسائل السلامة.
  • فحص حالة الخنادق والأنفاق والتوصية باستخدام الدعامات لمنع الانهيارات التي تعرض العمال للخطر.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث لتحديد الأسباب ووضع إجراءات وقائية.
  • توجيه العاملين في استخدام معدات السلامة وطرق العمل الآمنة عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات السلامة.
  • تشجيع الإبلاغ عن الممارسات والظروف غير الآمنة.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة قبل بدء العمل وأثنائه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة منشآت النفط والغاز مع شهادة الثانوية العامة، أو 6 سنوات مع شهادة دبلوم.
  • فهم تقني قوي لمهام الصيانة المتعلقة بالسلامة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية ممتازة مع قدرات تواصل فعالة.
  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في التعامل مع المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.

KBR is looking for Safety officer to carry out Safety inspection to equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in Oil & Gas Facilities

Responsibilities

  • Inspects equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in Oil & Gas Facilities: Inspects safety belts, ladders, ropes, rubber goods, and tools and replaces those not meeting safety requirements.
  • Observes crews at work and reports laxity in safety precautions, such as failure to use goggles, rubber gloves, and other safety devices.
  • Examines conditions of ditches and tunnels and recommends use of braces to prevent cave-ins endangering workers. Investigates accidents to determine causes and devises preventive measures. May instruct workers in use of safety equipment and safe work methods.
  • Make sure for compliances of all safety procedures.
  • Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions
  • Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to safety
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skill
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
