شركة Kent تبحث عن مهندس ميكانيكي موقع (Site Mechanical Engineer) للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية، خريص، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة حزمة التصميم الميكانيكي بما في ذلك أنظمة الأنابيب (piping systems)، المعدات الثابتة (static equipment)، المعدات الدوارة (rotating equipment)، أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، أنظمة مكافحة الحريق (firefighting systems)، وأنظمة المرافق (utility systems).
- إعداد المخرجات الهندسية مثل جداول البيانات الميكانيكية (mechanical datasheets)، تخطيطات المعدات (equipment layouts)، تخطيطات الأنابيب (piping layouts)، الرسومات الإيزومترية (isometric drawings)، قوائم المواد (material take-offs MTO)، والتقارير الفنية.
- ضمان أن جميع التصميمات والوثائق الهندسية تتوافق مع معايير أرامكو السعودية الهندسية، المواصفات، ASME، API، ASTM، NFPA، وغيرها من الكودات الدولية المعمول بها.
- مراجعة وثائق الموردين، الرسومات التنفيذية (shop drawings)، رسومات التصنيع (fabrication drawings)، وبيانات الشركة المصنعة للتحقق من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع.
- إعداد وثائق المشتريات مثل MTA، MR، TBE، وغيرها.
- إعداد العلامات الحمراء (redline markups)، خرائط اللحام (weldmaps)، ووثائق 'كما تم البناء' (as-built documentation) بما في ذلك متطلبات I-Plant.
- تحديد والإبلاغ عن المشكلات الفنية أو الانحرافات وإعداد الاستفسارات الفنية (technical queries).
- دعم إعداد التقارير، وبيانات الطريقة (method statements)، وإجراءات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- معرفة ببرامج AutoCAD، MicroStation، وSolid Works.
- نهج استباقي، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والالتزام بالتعلم المستمر.
- الالتزام بقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة (HSSEQ).

About the job:
Kent is looking for a Site Mechanical Engineer to be based in the Eastern Province
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Review of Mechanical design package including piping systems, static equipment, rotating equipment, HVAC systems, firefighting systems, and utility systems.
- Preparation of engineering deliverables such as mechanical datasheets, equipment layouts, piping layouts, isometric drawings, material take-offs (MTO), and technical reports.
- Ensure all Engineering designs and documents comply with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Specification, ASME, API, ASTM, NFPA and other applicable international codes .
- Review vendor documents, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and manufacturer data for compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare Procurement documents MTA, MR, TBE etc..
- Prepare redline markups, weldmaps and as-built documentation (including I-Plant requirements).
- Identify and report technical issues or deviations and prepare Technical queries .
- Support preparation of reports, method statements, and work procedures.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Solid Works
Your knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Communication:
- Very good command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
