تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ضمان التدفق الرئيسي (Lead Flow Assurance Engineer) في المنطقة الشرقية، الكورنيش، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

مهندس ضمان تدفق رئيسي يتمتع بخبرة مثبتة في تصميم خطوط الأنابيب والمرافق وأنظمة الأنابيب / خطوط الأنابيب خارج الموقع بدءًا من المرحلة التصورية وحتى التصميم التفصيلي للمشاريع متوسطة إلى كبيرة الحجم. معرفة شاملة بممارسات هندسة المشاريع / العمليات وضمان التدفق، ومبادئ الاقتصاد، وطرق الحساب، والمعايير الدولية، والرموز، والمواصفات، والإجراءات. خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في صناعات النفط والغاز والهيدروكربونات و/أو البنية التحتية. مهارات اتصال ممتازة مطلوبة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • خبرة مثبتة في ضمان تدفق خطوط الأنابيب والحسابات الهيدروليكية، والعمل كمهندس محاكاة خطوط أنابيب.
  • معرفة بممارسات هندسة المشاريع، والرموز الدولية، والمعايير، والإجراءات، والمواصفات.
  • خبرة جيدة في التحليلات الهيدروليكية للحالة المستقرة والعابرة باستخدام برامج معيارية مثل SPS وPIPENET وPIPESIM.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات العمليات الأخرى مثل HYSYS وPVTSIM وMultiflash.
  • مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات العمليات (مخططات التدفق PFDs، ومخططات الأنابيب والأجهزة P&IDs، وأساس التصميم، والسرد العملياتي، والحسابات العملية، ووثائق مواصفات المعدات، إلخ).
  • خبرة في إجراء تحليل الطفرة (Surge Analysis) على الخطوط السائلة باستخدام أدوات المحاكاة مثل SPS.
  • القدرة الكاملة على تصميم أنظمة الحماية من الطفرة.
  • القدرة الكاملة على محاكاة شبكات الغاز.
  • القدرة على إظهار الخبرة في المحاكاة الهيدروليكية لخطوط الأنابيب أحادية ومتعددة المراحل.
  • الإلمام باللوائح والرموز والمعايير المعمول بها.
  • يفضل خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وخاصة خبرة سابقة مع أرامكو السعودية.
  • العمل بشكل مستقل وخلق بيئة عمل إيجابية.
  • يفضل خبرة في حسابات طلب مياه الإطفاء ومتطلبات المعدات، وتصميم الصرف الصناعي والمعدات، والإلمام بمعايير أرامكو السعودية ذات الصلة ومتطلبات NFPA.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية لضمان تطبيق الإجراءات والمعايير المناسبة (العميل، KBR، والدولية) بشكل صحيح.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
  • مهارات عرض تقني ممتازة مطلوبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية.
  • 15 عامًا من الخبرة في العمليات وضمان التدفق.
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح حاصلاً على مؤهل درجة هندسية أو ما يعادلها من مؤسسة معترف بها من قبل الحكومة.

Lead Flow Assurance Engineer

Overall Summary

Lead Flow Assurance Engineer with proven experience in the design of pipelines, utilities and offsite piping system /pipeline from conceptual stage through detailed design of medium to large size projects. Thorough knowledge of projects/process & flow assurance engineering practices, economics principles, calculation methods, international standards, codes, specifications, and procedures. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, and/or Infrastructure industries. Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Has demonstrated experience in pipeline flow assurance and hydraulic calculations. Has been working as a pipeline simulation engineer. Knowledge of project engineering practices, international codes, standards, procedures, and specifications.

  • Good Experience in steady-state and transient hydraulic analyses using industry standard software like SPS, PIPENET and PIPESIM.
  • Have the capability to use other Process tools like HYSYS, PVTSIM, and Multiflash.
  • Review and approve process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, Design Basis, Process Narratives, Process Calculations, Equipment Specification documents, etc)
  • Experience in performing surge analysis on liquid lines using simulation tools like SPS.
  • Have full capability to design surge protection systems.
  • Have full capability to of simulating gas networks.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in single and multiphase pipelines hydraulic simulation.
  • Familiar with applicable regulations, codes and standards.
  • GCC experience particularly Saudi Aramco experience will be preferred.
  • Work independently and create a positive work environment.
  • Experience with firewater demand calculations and equipment requirements, industrial drainage design and equipment, familiarity with the associated Saudi Aramco standards and NFPA requirements are desirable.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure that applicable procedures and standards (client, KBR and international) are correctly applied.
  • Must be proficient in English, oral and written.
  • Excellent technical presentation skills required.

Qualifications & Years Of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
  • 15 years’ experience in process and flow assurance.
  • Candidates must hold an Engineering Degree Qualification or equivalent from a government recognized institution.
