Senior Production Manager (Seafood Processing) - KAEC, Rabigh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and manage end-to-end seafood production operations across Shrimp, Salmon, and Multi-Purpose processing lines. The role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, food safety compliance, yield optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while meeting business objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across seafood processing and packing lines.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, SFDA regulations, ISO standards, and food safety requirements.
• Drive production efficiency, maximize yield, and minimize waste and processing losses.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve production targets.
• Monitor seafood processing activities including filleting, trimming, grading, portioning, glazing, freezing, and packaging.
• Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational excellence and product consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve performance and technical capability.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Seafood Processing Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in seafood processing and food manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within seafood production.
• Strong knowledge of seafood processing technologies, yield management, and cold-chain operations.
• HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO 22000 are highly desirable.
• Experience in plant commissioning, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives are an advantage.
